Modern and family friendly house, centrally located in Reykjavik

Our house is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood, only 4km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city centre.

Only few steps from our house we have public park where the kids can play, and a little bit further we have bigger playgrounds, where you can also play soccer and basketball. From our house we have very nice walking / bike paths that takes you into Elliðaárdalur / Fossvogur or into downtown Reykjavik or around whole Reykjavik if you like.

Our house is on one floor, in the garage we made Guest Bedroom with bathroom next to it, in the Guest bedroom we will have Bunk bed for 3 guests, lower level with double bed ( 140x200cm ) and upper level with 90x200 cm. Our house has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with King size bed ( 180x200 cm ), the second bedroom with Double bed ( 140x200 cm ) and the third bedroom has single bed ( 120x200 cm ). The bathroom in the house has nice shower. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. Our living room / Tv Room is nice and spacious. Outside we have very nice area for BBQ ( two grills ) and very nice Hot Tub ( Not Jacuzzi ) to relax in and if you are lucky you can see the Northern Lights ( if the weather conditions are right ). In the laundry room we have washing machine and dryer.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 85 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.
