A gorgeous bedroom/bath w/private entry. Yosemite/Bass Lake/Sequoia Parks.

This is a bedroom and bathroom with an exterior private entrance located at the end of our residence. It is private and secure. Enjoy books, puzzles and card games. I have lots of crafts if you desire, so don’t hesitate to ask. The home is located near the end of a private Road. You will have access to a shared back yard, seasonal fire pit and bbq upon request. (Provide your own wood and charcoal). In our little town of North Fork you will find a Pizza Factory, North Fork BBQ (BBQ and smoked meats) and the infamous Buckhorn Bar. Don’t hesitate to ask about breakfast and dinner alternatives.

After spending the day in Sequoia, this was a great place to stop for a night of rest on our way to Yosemite. It was very clean and comfortable! We had a great experience here and would absolutely stay again.

Bret and Janel, were wonderful hosts, both very kind and welcoming! They have an absolutely beautiful property. The room was very clean, comfortable and nice to come home to after visiting the park. Yosemite park entrance is only about 25 miles away. Will definitely stay here again when coming to visit Yosemite!

My wife and I needed a budget friendly place to stay for a wedding at the Pines Resort on Bass Lake. The Nugget at North Fork was the perfect place to fit our budget. The room was comfortable but could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Layers of dust on the ceiling fan blades and also the walls, lamp shades. The price point for a one night stay and its location to our wedding venue, Yosemite, and Sequoia National Parks is the primary reason we chose the Nugget at North Fork.

Lovely Place!

My husband and I stayed one night here since we did a lot of traveling around northern CA. Quiet and peaceful area, very clean and had the extras. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

This place is amazing! I loved everything about it . The room , the yard , the space , but in particular what I loved the most was Jen and the husband!Jen is such a great host , as soon I met her she made me feel so welcome! She made the most amazing cookies and an awesome ice cream that she made. I was able to connect with her immediately her big heart and her welcoming was number 1. I was abe to share her barbecue , that she actually started for me, she allowed me to do the laundry, and she was very good on telling me were to go for nice dinner and places. She even set up for me an hair appointment. The place is gorgeous and well kept! I had to leave one day before because my daughter in San Diego was having a baby. I honestly hated to leave that place and also Jen.Thank you Jen you are an amazing host.

Enjoyable Mountain Retreat

A very awesome, away from the hustle and Bustle, stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Janel was a very nice host with great cookies. We enjoyed staying here!

What a Gem!

Great hospitality in a beautiful location! The hosts were fantastic, from great communication to cookies upon arrival, honestly could not have asked for more! The description and pictures were spot on. It was a great base to explore the area.

Relaxing Country Retreat

Very comfortable accommodations, in a country setting near Bass Lake and many recreational opportunities!! The room has a microwave and refridgerator, hot water pot and all the utensils needed for quick bites. I had a lovely couple of days. Thank you!
