We enjoyed the property. It was spacious and clean, the main issue I had with it was what felt like a lack of care. There are multiple lights that didn’t work, most of the blinds are broken including in the master bathroom which was slightly troubling. And it just didn’t feel like a place listed where they want you to have the best experience. Felt like a house that someone had and just put up cause they weren’t staying there. Nothing major, just didn’t get the feeling like I would stay again.

Great house! Lots of space and pool is fab (heater worked almost too well). Would definitely stay again. Note: you will definitely need a car though. Not a lot in the surrounding neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.The heated pool was a huge hit with the kids and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I had read a review from a previous guest saying that the villa was a bit run down, locks didn't work, screen was broken etc but was assured by the hosts response that this had all been fixed. When we arrived we quickly realised that these hadn't been fixed. -The door to the pool didn't lock and was held closed by a bit of wood. The host did arrange for someone to come out and fix it but within a few days it was back to doing the same so it is obviously a bigger fix. - The pool safety screen is complete redundant as it doesn't close meaning kids can just fit through the gap and get to the pool. I wasnt expecting a screen as there isn't one in the photos but one that doesn't work seems pointless.- The outdoor furniture needs the bin. The wooden lounger is so rotten it broke away when we put our hand on it, the cushions are covered in mould and have been soaked through so many times they smelled of damp and rot. I think with the nature of florida weather plastic furniture is the way forward. -The screens had not been fixed *the same as the previous guest that had complained. To give the host her dues she was very responsive and got someone round to attempt to fix the door and ordered new covers for the outdoor couch. Unfortunately the covers for the couch just sit on top of the mouldy and damp furniture so dont actually fix it. As the previous customer had said, on their own these issues would have been fine but together make this listing not quite what it looks like

Great place, close to everything, enjoyed the pool, appreciated everything on one floor, the owner checked in on us, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Fun Vacation

The house was warm and inviting that made our trip memorable! It was conveniently located and very spacious. We will definitely be coming back to Orlando and renting this beautiful home again!

Family Disney Vacay

The property is a great location! Close to dining and shopping and just a short drive to Disney. We had a little trouble with something in the house and the house manager and maintenance person were great to work with!

Nice house with pool

Was in Orlando for a weekend of golf. Our time in the house was limited but we enjoyed it. Having a pool was nice.

This was everything promised and more! Pool was so clean, house provided all we needed. We had such a great vacation and that had a lot to do with the accommodations. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Unfortunately, this villa was disappointing and did not reflect the current condition shown in the listing photos. The location is excellent for the parks and the kitchen appliances were modern and worked well, but the property itself is tired and in need of maintenance.During our stay we found a broken patio door lock, with the door being secured by a piece of wood, which was a genuine security concern. Several lights didn't work, the pool screen had multiple tears, the outdoor furniture was faded, weathered and past its best, and the exterior of the property would benefit from tidying, weeding and general maintenance.Inside, the games room was simply a foosball table in a garage containing the owner's storage boxes and other clutter, which was very different from what the listing led us to expect. The showers had poor water pressure, the master bathroom taps sprayed water, pantry cupboard handles were loose, kitchen drawers were damaged and missing handles, there was no sink plug, the worktops had burn marks, some carpets were stained, and there were various cosmetic issues including damaged lampshades and holes in the walls where pictures had been removed. One of the TVs didn't work and displayed a message stating there was insufficient power.None of these issues alone would have spoiled the holiday, but together they made the villa feel neglected and reduced our overall experience. We enjoyed Orlando, but we wouldn't stay here again.

Close to Champions Gate & Disney

Overall nice/comfortable home with pool. it's layout is great for adults and kids with its split floor plan. Its location makes it easy to get on I-4 & head to orlando or tampa. ChampionsGate area is less then 4 miles or 8 min away, Disney is about 10 miles or 20-25 min drive in traffic. Grocery store (publix) & other shopping within 2 miles of the development. Home has a single driveway for parking. Over all great stay and I will be back next time i'm in the area.

Fantastic Home from home villa. With an amazing size pool. Very well maintained and a great size for all the family to enjoy. Family friendly villa for young children to enjoy too. Rooms are very well presented and decorated. Fun for the little children who are excited about seeing their favourite characters. Rooms are big and comfortable beds for a very good night sleep. Extra bedding is available if needed and bath towels are really good quality and so many to use. Kitchen has everything you need, and easy to clean and enjoy family meals around the table. High chair is also available to use which was a bonus for us with a 2 year old. Travel cot available if needed. Camping chairs available which was great for our trip to the beach. Hairdryers available to use. Soap and toilet paper was provided. This villa has 1 huge washing machine and dryer. Which was amazing and very easy to use. We came home with no washing to do after two weeks. The host/owner Claire was very professional and proactive from the start of booking our hoilday to the very end. Claire seemed Very happy to help with anything we needed or may have needed. Claire was effective with keeping in contact and wanted us to have the best time at the villa and on our hoildays.I highly recommend this villa the area and neighbours are friendly too. Easy to check in and out. Close to disney and other activities. Thank you Claire for an amazing stay. We definitely would love to come back again one day!

So-so

This house is located a little further out than we expected. The property is located in the middle a residential neighborhood. The pictures lmade the property seem larger. It definitely needs some TLC…paint, cleaning of trim and baseboards, replace carpet in bedrooms, pictures in rehung properly on walls etc…When we arrived the house was not very clean. We emailed property manager and they came right over and cleaned. Our 2nd day our toilet handle broke but the mangers were very responsive and came over within a couple of hours to fix it. Pool was clean & warm.

Host after booking was almost non communitive. Pool was not heated until 24 hours befire depature. Waahung machine flooded, maintenance would not assist. Owner offered refund of one night and pool fee, filed claim and kept monies, never received the refund. Our last nigh TV was spent trying to mitate damages from occuring to thd rental. Owner pre booking was very communative, during stay and afterwards was almost non existent. There is no garden at the property and heater takes days to work. The pool was never turned all the way up, so we were not able to use and owner kept pool cost and never made goid on reimbursement. I have all messages. Owner filed an insurance claim and then refused to send payment. Owner also requested to not leave a bad review if a partial refund was given. Terribel experience.

We responded immediately once notified, arranged for professional maintenance, and it has been fully repaired and tested—everything is now working perfectly. - The pool heater does require time to reach optimal temperature (typically 48 hours depending on starting conditions and weather), It was adjusted as promptly as possible during your stay, and it continues to function reliably for current guests — everything is not working perfectly!! Excellent communication with Claire, checked up with us on arrival, house was spotless and had everything we needed, washer and dryer a god send (means very little washing on returning home) large fridge to keep our drinks and snacks cool, large tv in livingroom, quiet location, roughly 45 min drive to Universal Studios, local amenities a short drive with loads of choice, pool was clean and refreshing on the hot days (when we rested) would highly recommend villa to families and would definitely stay again.
