Have a family fun Disney vacation in this new chic house. With a princess bed and a spiderman room the kids will be as comfortable as the adults. Gourmet kitchen with gas cooktop, large refrigerator and all the utensils you need to create amazing meals. Large dining table, 2 family rooms and a ping pong table. Large covered pool with outside bathroom, tv and large outdoor table. This Creole style house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 quarter baths. Upper Family room has a sofa couch. Please note we have an unheated pool and no hot tub. There is a neighborhood pool and hot tub.

Family retreat

The house was spacious and well stocked. We enjoyed the large kitchen, pool, and grill. It was close to Disney and yet out of the theme park madness.

The house was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because of little things that really weren’t that big of a deal to us. Overall, it served its purpose, and we had a great vacation.

The house was very large but there are several things broken or not working. I wish the pool was advertised as not being able to be heated. It could be that i missed that but that was super disappointing. The outdoor area was a bit dirty, the stove is broken, bathtub handle was broken, there was moldy coffee in the coffee maker, washing machine was dirty. It could be so much better but overall was a decent cheap stay.

Stayed here for my daughter’s birthday and threw the party here! It was great!!

Kitchen was well stocked. Unheated pool was a disappointment. Air temp was in the high 80s low 90s but pool was too cold to use. House could use a thorough cleaning.

Carpets could use a good cleaning. Paint could use some touchup in most areas. Bathrooms and kitchens were clean.There was no ice when we got there. There were two ice trays in the freezer with no water/ice in them. If we had known there was no icemaker we could’ve picked up a bag of ice .Host was easy to work with.Back door could use a keyless entry. A little inconvenience to go in the front when parking was in the back.Hair dryer in the master bedroom was unusable. It does not plug into the current outlets.

Lovely spacious house

We stayed almost a month with 4 adults and 2 children. There is plenty of room with a very spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. Plenty of bathrooms, even an outside one by the pool. The pool was cleaned while I was there and is a good size. There was also a jacuzzi pool but we did not know how to use the jets.Was very happy with the accomodation

Great location and pool

The house was cute and big enough and the kids rooms were well decorated. The pool was cool and refreshing. The house is looking worn and could use some help. The one-ply TP was disappointing. It served us well overall and was close to everything.

Spacious and Stylish Holiday Home in a Prime Florida Location

We had an enjoyable stay at this lovely, spacious house in a fantastic area. The home is beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds—a rare and much-appreciated find! The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are stylish and well-maintained, offering a touch of luxury. While there were a few minor details that need repair, such as the spa jets not working and the pool not being heated, these didn’t detract too much from our overall experience. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We’ll definitely be back!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I have to. The house is nice, but it's in bad shape, very dirty. Inside, we found trash under the sofas, under the stove, and the refrigerator. The front doors were filthy, and the outside was also dirty, including inside the garage and the pool. Almost everything is in bad condition. The water doesn't drain properly in some sinks; it just stagnates.The photos from when we rented it made everything look nice. My wife had to do some cleaning. We paid for insurance, and there was a lot of damage. To this day, they haven't responded to our messages.

RENTERS BEWARE! The photos posted on the site are original photos. The Lanai area doesn’t remotely resemble the same home. The daybed is now old and dirty and the outdoor rug no longer exist. The table and chairs are beat up and the chair cushions are dirty on both sides. One chair is broken and one is inhabited by a spider. The lanai itself needs to be power washed, it isn’t gleaming like the photo. Little clumps of dirt could be seen in both the pool & spa. The outdoor screen door is difficult to close. I didn’t receive my checkin information until the morning of my stay. I paid an extra 100 for early checkin and Javier (PT) admitted he didn’t have sufficient time to clean. Obviously! He also entered the home with his key without our knowledge and Internet, where our granddaughter was asleep. The interior still has the same furniture, but it along with the drapes and carpet have never been cleaned. Entering the home from fresh hair, you get horrible order! Many of the bedrooms no longer have the nice linen from the photos. Reunion is a beautiful community with many homes that are true to form, just watch out for the ones that aren’t!

Host was pretty responsive. The management company was a bit late providing contqct info but was nice and apologetic and jumped right on a heating issue with the house. House was top tier in places weve stayed in cleanliness. The one thing that was a bit of an issue for us and people should know is there are no locks on any doors on the inside. I dont understand this. I know a lot of hotels are also not putting locks on their bathrooms too. I bought some doorstops amd left them in the house to help address this issue though. The pools in reunion are all heated from what i was told by a resident except the one with the splashpad and slide. So lacking heat in the house pool wasnt a big deal for us.
