A piece of tranquil paradise 15 minutes from EAA AirVenture w/quick highway access! Updated 3,000 sq ft lake channel property w/ over 300 ft of water front- dock w/ seating and lighting, swimming ladder, landing/ kayak launch. Tie up your boat to the large dock, as the water is always calm on the channels! Great fishing off dock and seawall! New expansive patio with MasterSpa hot tub, gas fire pit, Adirondack seating, and outdoor dining.

4 bedrooms (including first floor master suite), 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms. All second floor bedrooms have individual temperature controls for perfect sleeping conditions! Granite counter tops, stainless appliances, custom mosaic tile floors and inlaid hardwood flooring, custom Brazilian cherry & wrought iron staircase. All linens included.

View EAA AirVenture planes from the patio all day!

Renters have access to 4 kayaks and a stand up paddle board! Plenty of life jackets on site (including children’s sizes). Channel leads to Lake Winnebago- large sandbar for swimming at opening of channel. Can also swim off of the dock! This property is a summer dream destination!

Idyllic stay for AirVenture

This was the most perfect place for our family to stay for Oshkosh AirVenture 2024! The home is nestled at the end of a cul de sac street in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning waterfront backyard. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable. The host was very responsive to questions. We arrived on my granddaughter’s birthday, and Lara had birthday banners and balloons out for her! What a sweet surprise! The only problem was that we didn’t want to leave the tranquility of the lovely home for the crowded airshow.

Rural retreat

Nestled amongst leafy canals - the property is an oasis of calm and nature : We sat in the hot tub and watched wild canada geese graze around us on the expansive lawn whilst lightening illuminated the lake in the distance : Daily our teenagers canoed along the waterways and into the lake - next trip we will visit the nearby historic island . With vistas that take ones memory to scenes from interstellar with tall cornfields and farmsteads - you half expect to meet Matthew McConaughey at the local “Bago Bar” where we ate steak and played pool. All in all a super location , super property and a super host .
