We enjoyed a summer vacation with extended family. The check-in process was easy and Amanda (the host) even let us check-in slightly earlier. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and walking to the community pool each day which is only a half mile away. The bonus was the kids’ loft with four cute floor bed nooks!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this rental property very much. The home was spacious, extremely clean and nicely decorated. Amanda was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our trip. The hot tub, game room which includes a ping pong table and other board games, and a bar area equipped with a full size refrigerator, let us enjoy being inside (came in handy during the rainy days). The surrounding area is beautiful and well maintained. Amanda provides so many amenities at the house, making our trip easier. It was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this rental!!!

The house was clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated! It was like being at home. The beds/bedding we cozy, comfortable, and clean! I reached out to the host with little questions leading up to the trip and she always responded quickly and kindly! This isn’t a cabin it is a home that is so fully stocked with everything you can imagine! A group of 12 golf girls stayed here and played “Olympic Games” on the very large patio and small area below where the fire pit is. I think we utilized every room in the house! The “bar area” was excellent for this crowd. Usually we have to hang out in the kitchen, but we could make this area our “fun” area! We didn’t have time for the hot tub, but it was clean, hot, and ready to go if we did! Cannot recommend this house enough!

House and amenities were perfect for our family. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. We loved gathering in game/bar area. Hot tub was great. Very well equipped. Couldn’t ask for more. Loved the fireplaces.

Perfect for our family

This property provided everything we needed and is in a great location. Amanda was very helpful with hot tub maintenance and made herself very available for any issues. Our family has been vacationing all over eastern US and this was by far one of the best rentals.

Excellent for families

We had such a great time. The house came with so much, it did not feel like a rental. It felt like being a guest in someone's home. Cannot wait to go back. LOVED the hot tub.

Amazing Family Vacation

Ages 2 months to 70 years old had the stay of our lives! Amazing property with luxury amenities; the home was spacious even with 20 people! Very generous owners who gave us every possible experience at their home! Fantastic!

As described this home had room for everyone. Kitchen was extremely well appointed for cooking. Amamda and her husband (I met them day of) were just delightful!

Great house for a family vacation

Beautiful large home with lots of fun things hot tub, ping pong table, firepit, large outdoor patio and access to a beautiful community pool. Everyone had their own bedroom for privacy. We had 12 people and never felt crowded. The house was well cared for and very clean.

Spectacular house!!

Our family came up to the Laural Mts for a Memorial for our Mother & Father. We use to have a cabin up here and it's where we spent every weekend growing up in the summer. Carl's Skis & Tees had beautiful decor, bar area for sport watchers, ping pong, bedrooms galore, a firepit area, barbecue on the deck, and we spent every evening in the hot tub. There is nothing more you could ask from this place. Everyone in our family loved it here. And the Host really helped along the way. Thank you Amanda.

Fiftieth

Our entire family spent Labor Day weekend celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We took in hiking, swimming, S’mores, and many more surprises from our children and grandchildren. We had 16 family members and the house and sleeping arrangements was perfect. It was like the house was made for our family. I held back tears many times because the weekend was so special and our family will have memories forever.

Great Place for families/large groups

Carl’s was terrific. The house design was great for a large group - it was welcoming, extremely clean, and super comfortable. From the game room, to bar, to kitchen - everything was well apportioned for entertaining every age group. We spent a late winter weekend with an extended family group of 9 adults and 5 children and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup. When we weren’t enjoying everything the house had to offer, the location was convenient for skiing at Hidden Valley or sneaking away to Seven Springs for activities and lunch. Amanda was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back to Carl’s for our next Hidden Valley trip!

Excellent!!!

This was our second year at this home! Very very clean well stocked and big!! Our family had our Thanksgiving weekend dinner for 11 adults! Lots of space for all of us to have dinner and play games! Host is exceptional!! Due to an early snow storm on our arrival date she messaged us that morning. She was concerned about weather conditions and suggested we check in at 10 am instead of the 4 pm checkin! I can not say enough about our stay!! Absolutely wonderful!!!! Beautiful location!!! We will be back next yr!!!

Amazing stay, very clean

We had 17 people 8 adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 4-17. The house is huge and had plenty of space for all us. The pool was great at the community area and had lots of toys and noodles for anyone’s use. The kids loved the hot tub and even when it rained we were able to use it because it is under a covered screened in porch. The house had plenty of towels and was very well stocked in the kitchen with everything you could need. They even had a spice cabinet with lots of commonly used spices. They had lots of games, puzzles, and movies and even a cabinet with craft supplies. The kids and adults really enjoyed the ping pong table. Amanda thought of everything to make it a fun place for all ages of kids. Upon arrival the house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. Amanda was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely rent again if we are ever in the area! Thanks Amanda for sharing your home!

Absolutely beautiful home, great outdoor deck area, wonderful dining room area for hosting. We held our rehearsal dinner here for our wedding and our whole bridal party stayed here for two nights. Exceptionally clean and well kept. We would definitely return if we have a big enough group to stay here. Communication with the host was very quick and easy. Definitely recommend this spot!
