The space
Situated amidst lush greenery, this villa duplex is a tranquil pool villa offering the ultimate setting for that luxury tropical holiday you’ve always dreamed of. Welcomed by the serenity of the pool garden, the L-shape layout consists of one two-storey structure on one side with two adjacent single storeys on the other. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls ensure ample natural light, with all rooms on the ground floor opening out to the outdoor pool. The relaxed living spaces are all designed with modern sensibilities for maximum comfort, complemented by exquisite furnishings and refined art pieces. The popular Geger Beach is a mere five-minute walk away.

Bedrooms

All three bedrooms are lavish featuring double beds, en-suite, wardrobe and AC. The top floor bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the centrepiece that is the garden pool and dense foliage of the surrounding neighbourhood. The two bedrooms on the ground floor open out to the pool area. The modern bathrooms with bathtubs and showers are equipped with resort level amenities.

Outdoor areas

Outdoor pool amidst a well-manicured tropical garden. Featuring high external walls, your total privacy is secured. The serenity of the surroundings is second to none. For maximum convenience, the pool is accessible from every room on the ground. There is a multipurpose intimate space on one end of the pool, perfect for romantic dinner for two or any other activities you desire.

Indoor areas

The villa occupying the bottom floor of the duplex features a dining and living space complete with a modern kitchenette. The comfort furniture with contemporary furnishings brings forth that homey feeling. Carefully selected art pieces further elevate the ambience of this airy space. There is plenty of natural light and fresh air in every room with the floor-to-ceiling glass doors along its walls, which slide open.

In charge of carrying out the services of the villa is a team of staff comprised of a personal guest assistant, a chef, a pool attendant, a gardener, a babysitter as well as housekeepers and security personnel. The chef’s services are available on request as additional extra. Bike and car rentals are available.
