Renovated home in vintage neighborhood, close to airport, hospitals, & downtown.
This spacious 2-level home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open kitchen/dining, living room, family room, upper deck and lower patio. This quaint and private home, located in a quiet neighborhood in midtown Billings, is ideal for up to six guests. Washer and dryer is included along with three 65" smart TV’s. All four Montana seasons happen in the over-sized back yard!!! The flowers/birds in the Spring; beautiful sunshine and green grass through the Summer; vibrant leaf colors in the Fall; and snow for making snow angels in the Winter! Various wildlife can be seen year-around!
Please note our Rules and Policies: the Primary Renter must be 25 years of age or older - photo ID may be requested; maximum of 6 guests; teens 13-17 welcome; no pets; no smoking; no events or parties.
The Billings-Logan International Airport, Rocky Mountain College, MSU Billings, and Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital and Billings Clinic Hospital are only a few minutes away. The MetraPark/Interstate Arena is ten minutes away. Abundant downtown nightlife includes fine dining, local brew pubs, and a distillery as well as the famous Alberta Bair Theatre, Yellowstone Art Museum, Western Heritage Center, the Babcock, and the Arthouse, all only five minutes away.
Billings is wonderfully located for many indoor and outdoor activities! There are many walking, hiking, and biking trails located throughout the City. The golf courses are pristine through the summer! The historical 32-acre Pioneer Park is only a few blocks away! We have the outdoor Oasis Water Park and the indoor Reef Water Park. The Centennial Ice Arena is open to the public with skate rentals in the winter. Skate World (roller skates) is open year around. There are many developed historical sites within 30 miles of Billings. Red Lodge is a wonderful little resort town, only 60 miles away. Red Lodge Mountain Ski Resort, nestled in the Beartooth Mountains, offers skiing and snowboarding with 65 trails and slopes!!

We rented the house primarily for sleeping arrangements as we did meals and activities elsewhere. It was perfect. Very quiet. Great location and value. We would definitely stay here again.

The check in was easy. If I had questions the host was responsive in a timely manner. The home was clean with updated appliances. Everything provided was for a great guest experience. Loved the location, 3 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Would stay here again without question. The fresh baked goods and coffee provided for your first morning was the cherry on top. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

The property was very comfortable and clean. It was centrally located and convenient to downtown and the west end. The muffins upon arrival were a welcome touch. We would rent this home again.

Wonderful property and home. Fully stocked which made staying there a pleasure. The host welcomed us with local goods which was super kind and we all enjoyed them. Looking forward to going back!

Very clean cute little bungalow house. Was perfect for our family of 5. Loved that we had room to spread out. It’s close to downtown as well as the airport.

This house was perfect for our weekend stay! 5 of us fit great in there. The kitchen was fully stocked and loved having the washer and dryer to wash wrestling clothes each night. It was a beautiful weekend and my daughter got to enjoy running around in the fenced backyard. We were at the Metra most of the weekend and it was an easy travel to go back and forth. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot in Billings for a couple or family stay. Hosts are spectacular! Highly recommend.

I’m a bit of a shopaholic so I had a lot of fun decorating and furnishing the house! My accounting and organizational skills came in handy when we opened in 2023!
Traveling is kind of my thing! I’ve been as far away as Denmark, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii and have traveled quite a bit within the Continental United States! Even a short drive through the mountains makes my day!
