This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location and the layout of this home. Very clean, well stocked and the owner is very easy to reach.

Nice home, great location

Enjoyed our stay. Loved the view and spent a lot of time on the deck. Home is very well stocked and had everything we needed. I liked the split floor plan with master on opposite side of home from the guest rooms.

We arrived around dusk. The house was beautiful and well appointed. Just the get away we needed. Institutions for check in/out were clear and really enjoyed our stay!

Race Weekend

Awesome location for Tour of the White Mountains MTB race where we were a vendor. Big garage to store bikes and gear. Excellent deck and view of the golf course after the work was done. Would certainly stay again. Thx!

Family Friendly

This place was great and had so many accommodations for my kids. I have 2 kids under 2 and they had a high chair and games/toys available for us to use. It’s hard to find places so welcoming for families with little kids. We will definitely love to stay here again the next time we are in Pinetop. Kim answered any questions we had, was super sweet and responded quickly. Can’t wait to go back.

This home is lovely and inviting. The golf course surrounded by pine trees create beautiful views out each window from the bedroom, family room and Master bedrooms. Communication with the owner, Kim, was immediate. Internet worked perfectly well and we would like to return,

Pinetop Run to the Pines Get Away

We appreciated how warm, welcoming, clean your cabin in Pinetop is. We loved the amenities and sitting out on the back porch watching the golfers, walkers, blue birds and squirrels go by. We made use of your grill to cook our meals and the kitchen was well stocked for our family. We selected your home because of the garage for our old GMC 1953 that we had to leave in hot Phoenix due to a leaky water pump. However, we still enjoyed the Run to the Pines Car Show held at the Country Club, and just .09 of a mile walk away. We went both days and had a blast. Thanks, Robert, Linda and Family.

Was PERFECT for us!

We spent the month of June 2025 and found the home perfect for our needs. The location was ideal. We are golfers and thoroughly enjoyed the walk to and from the course with our carts as well as the ease of walking out the back door to walk 18 early in the morning on our non-golfing days. Despite not having air conditioning, the home stayed remarkably cool. We opened windows at night and closed the home up during the day. Ceiling fans really kept air movement consistent. Home is well taken care of inside and out, was clean and comfortably furnished. The covered back and front porches are fantastic and easily transitioned indoor living to outdoor living nicely. We spent hours on the back covered porch enjoying reading with the ambiance of the golfers passing by and the forest of trees. Owners were incredibly nice and answered all our questions promptly. We are excited and thankful to be returning next summer.
