The property is at the top of a nice quiet neighborhood, close to the Lake and the Village. Upon arrival, the property was clean and stocked as indicated in the listing. The communication from Destination Big Bear for check-in was clear, and they were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay while visiting Big Bear.

Wonderful cabin, we loved all the music and movie options! We loved all the decor and the kitchen was fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

This cabin was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. We had a wonderful time at the cabin and the surrounding area relaxing and taking in the peace and quiet. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Great hot showers. The owner let us know before we came that the hot tub was not heating. We were offered ad discount on our stay or to find a different location and were even given links to similar homes in the area. We ended up taking the discount and were glad we went with that option.

Please do not stay here. Upon arriving, before even entering the cabin, the neighbors asked if we were vacationing here and told us to be quiet in an intimidating way. We respected that and were mindful and quiet, abiding by the noise code, but still received noise complaints both nights despite playing no music at all and talking normally. Community service officer came and asked if we played music or were laughing…. we said no. He said he received an anonymous call about unreasonable noise. We assured them we were just chatting with each other. Property manager came and asked us to be quiet as well. We asked if he could hear us at all outside the house and he said no he couldn’t at all. They said they would have to get the sheriff involved if they received any other call. They also said they would give us a 1,500 fine. We were essentially harassed and couldn’t relax the whole time we were here. Unless you have taken a vow of silence, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We really were cognizant of the quiet neighborhood and respectful guests. :(

This owner has beautifully furnished this home. The attention to detail was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was very clean! Will be staying here again! Thank you!

Very good!! 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 grandchildren, We were very comfortable in this well stocked, clean cabin.The garbage disposal is cracked and needs replacement so we didn't use it. The hot tub didn't get very hot. And I couldn't get a fire burning in the fireplace. We needed kindling but no hand ax available to make it.But, those are small issues that I'm sure that management will resolve. We are talking about returning soon.
