Take a trip to the Industrial Age in this centrally-located townhome.
With it's exposed "brick" walls and iron pipe construction mixed with warm wood accents, this property has a rustic factory feel with all of the comforts of home. Space for up to 5 people featuring two bedrooms. The living room and both bedrooms have smart HDTVs with free WIFI available throughout the property and keyless entry for easy entry and exit. 10 minutes from I-49 and 1/2 mile from Hwy. 71 B. Also only 15 minutes from Hickory Creek Boat Ramp/Camping on Beaver Lake. We recommend this property for 3-4 adults or up to five, if traveling with children.
Traveling with a group? The other side of this townhome is also available. It's called, "Boho Beauty" and features a KING and Queen size bed.

Absolutely fantastic. Great location centrally located in Springdale in a quiet, and pleasant neighborhood. Seamless stay with great communication from the hosts. I will be staying here again if we need to be in the area

Excellent central location not too far from anything. Fabulous design and comfort. Host was fabtastic to work with and responded to all my messages very quickly. Home was comfortable and just the right size for 3-3 people. Would highly recommend and will define stay here again.

The host, Sean, was super easy to work with and gave great directions to the property. The property was just as advertised, there were no surprises. I would recommend staying here to anyone going to the area.

A unique home at a very quiet neighborhood. We did not have any issues and did not have the need to contact the host. The house was very well equipped. We even found a small grill and cooked out in the backyard.

We had a great stay! Clean and good place to stay. Very kid friendly although we didnt have small children this trip. We will be back!

Weekend for the Hogeye marathon

Everything was as advertised and it was aPerfect place to stay! From check in to check out it went smoothly and no issues. The place was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed our stay. Will certainly stay again if we are in the area

This property was in a safe neighborhood. The property was clean, modern, and amazingly well appointed - if you are a gadget geek you will love it. They thought of everything.
