This rental unit is situated on the 2nd floor of a commercial building (outdoor metallic staircase), conveniently located near major attractions in Montreal. It is designed to accommodate guests of all ages from around the world and is ideal for family gatherings. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit, including a private outdoor terrace. Additionally, two complimentary parking spots are provided in the private outdoor lot, with free street parking also available nearby.

—4 decorated bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed.
—Comfortable living room featuring a Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services.
—Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, utensils, and more.
—In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
—Wall-mounted air conditioner located in the kitchen area.
—2 full bathrooms.
—Decorated outdoor patio (BBQ Grill UNAVAILABLE at the moment).

This place worked well for our Montreal stay. The roof top patio was such a bonus, as was the dedicated parking space. Even though the apartment is on a busy street, there was a large park very close for walking the dog. And we found some wonderful restaurants within a short walk. Zhi was very responsive and it was an easy check in and out process.

The apartment was just as advertised. I went with my 3 sisters to celebrate a birthday. We each had our own rooms, and having 2 bathrooms was great! The deck made the place! So fabulous- Upon entering the place we had our doubts, but once inside, those doubts went away. The location is a 5 minute walk away from a small neighborhood center with a grocery store, pharmacies, and assorted stores. The communication was fast is response with any questions. All in all we had an amazing time. In addition, the kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to have home made meals and enjoy the sunsets on the deck.

Great spot for a group!

My fiancé and I shared the space with 3 other couples for our wedding in Montreal and it was perfect for what we needed! The kitchen area is really big and even has a tv so it’s where we spent most of our time. The back deck is also a really nice spot!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Montreal

Excellent Patio and close to everything

We were very happy with this rental. The owner was very good in communicating with us and super helpful with a couple things that rose up. It was large and comfy with the best patio for relaxation. We were about 10 minutes from everything we wanted to get to and getting in and out was a breeze.

Perfect

Well the stairs were a workout. But we all handled it no problem, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, huge kitchen, and that back deck with BBQ, Everyone was happy, other then the wedding and family gathering on sunday at cousins, we enjoyed the deck till 1am every nite.. yes the house had holes in floor, walls don't go all the up in bathrooms, no big deal, was a great time, and enjoyed our stay.. thanks

Not clean - coffee pot crusted and maker had old coffee; wet towels in washer and glasses/ cups dirty. Dicey neighbourhood (car club comes with); furniture old and unreliable - chair broke while eating dinner… then owner charged us 160 for it, refusing to explain why it broke, participate in VRBO mediation or even show receipt for replacement chair. Fortunate we were not injured by it.

The guest appeared to have a trouble-free 3 nights stay at my property (no complaint during his stay). However, upon checkout, he informed me that one of the kitchen chairs had been broken. After inspecting the damage, I processed a charge through the security deposit to cover half the cost of the chair (the kitchen chair cost approximately 320$). Subsequently, the guest claimed that the chair was already damaged prior to his arrival, which is inaccurate. Despite the evidence, he refused to accept responsibility and proceeded to threaten me with a negative review. All relevant documentation, including photos of the damaged chair and the purchase receipt, has been submitted to Vrbo for review. Given this experience, I would not never host him again.

The apartment needs some upkeep. The couch is falling apart, bowed in the center and with stuffing coming out. There is a nice layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathooms. The terrace wolud be really nice in the summer. The apartment could use some extra basic necessities. We went to the store and bought conditioner, and we bought coffee that we left behind. There was a coffee pot and filters in the apartment, but no coffee The steps were outside and starting to buckle on the side walls. They didn't feel super safe. It was good to have a location close to the city that allowed pets. Close to a nice park to take the dog for a walk. Easy to get to and quiet at night.

Exactly what you get for the price!

Upper apartment was exactly as pictured once you climbed up the 20 or so steps (metal stairs on side of building). Secure code for apt entry. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front tv area, washer/dryer, dining area, kitchen with all the amenities, beautiful balcony We only used 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and sinks in kitchen as we were in and out for our short trip. Area/location is a little dodgy, BUT you are 15-20 min away from EVERYTHING! Couple Notes that if we weren’t in and out for our short trip, these negatives would’ve been a DEAL BREAKER but, we just slept and showered in the space 1) Ants - right away we killed a bunch. I notified Management as soon as we arrived and met the little critters. He made note, responded to my msg fast, and will deal with them. (Hopefully in time for the next set of guests) 2) Holes in floors in the bedrooms - small roughly 2x2 -dangerous for pets/children 3) Fridge - terrible smell, smells up entire kitchen, it’s visibly clean inside so not sure what the smell is/was?!? 4) Needs a solid deep clean… 5) Staircase to climb and enter building… dangerous!!! 6) Washrooms share a wall that doesn’t reach top of ceiling Positives!!! 1) 15-20 min away from everything 2) Aesthetically clean and furnished 3) GREAT PRICE compared to alternatives 4) Pets allowed!!! 5) Good amount of space. We were 3 adults, 1 child, 1 pet and it was nice to be together but still have space 6) Balcony was great for fresh air, well manicured, no view but it is nice
