➤ Are pets allowed?

Yes. Register your pet and pay the pet fee before check-in — bookings that skip this may be cancelled without a refund. We also ask that you manage excessive barking, since complaints may mean boarding your dog or finding other arrangements.



➤ Is the yard fully fenced?

Yes, the whole backyard, with a grill and patio furniture. There is a side patio as well.



➤ Is there a full kitchen and laundry?

Yes to both. The kitchen is fully equipped and the washer and dryer are in the unit and free to use.

Guest Access:

You have the entire home and the full fenced backyard to yourselves. The large garage is off limits.



The Neighborhood:

Located directly on Hwy 33, this home is only a couple of minutes from I4 and a few miles from Florida Polytechnic. Walt Disney World is only a short distance away as well as Tampa, Busch Gardens.



Getting Around:

We recommend bringing a car. The house sits directly on Hwy 33 with I-4 a couple of minutes away, which puts LEGOLAND 20 to 30 minutes east, Disney 30 to 45, and Tampa and Busch Gardens 45 to 60 west. Parking is free on site.

Self checkin upon arrival. We reply to messages quickly — usually within the hour — and we're reachable throughout your stay.



For your protection, we have 📹 security cameras on the front and rear of the property for the protection of our guests as well as the protection of our properties. These cameras cover the front entryway (doorbell camera) the driveway, the backyard and warehouse. side entrance.
