This newly furnished 1 bedroom apartment, located in Marina Del Rey near the Pacific Ocean, offers a cozy and comfortable living space. It is conveniently situated near popular tourist destinations like the Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, and the Venice canals, as well as local hot spots such as the Marina, the A frame, Sunny Spot, and Abbott Kinney. Additionally, the apartment is only 4.5 miles from LAX airport. The area boasts a variety of good restaurants, beautiful views of boats.

I have an extra inflatable mattress queen size with pillows, sheets, blankets.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment! Everything was exceptionally clean and well cared for, which made us feel right at home. The host was also fantastic to communicate with—very responsive and easy to message whenever we had a question. Overall, a great experience and an easy 5-star review. We’d be happy to stay here again!

Really wonderful location clear instructions for check in for a surprisingly complex building. Host was super communicative and the kitchen had a great set of tools for being a VRBO. Would stay again.

Had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. All instructions were very clear and John was quick to answer any questions that came up! Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. John, the owner, was very responsive. The place was clean and it fit our needs while visiting our son. John did a great job giving picture instructions in accessing the condo. It is a little confusing at first.

Wonderful property

This apartment was the perfect size for me and my husband for the week. It was easy to access, close to the airport, extremely clean, and had everything we needed close by.

We had a most enjoyable stay in this impeccably clean,comfortable and well stocked apartment and we gave it 5 stars although we felt there were two issues that needed to be addressed , one was the badly chipped bath which, in fairness , we found out was being attended to. The other problem was the badly designed bedroom blinds which did not afford sufficient privacy.

Perfect stay

Loved this location. Grocery store next door - easy drive to airport, Venice beach, Santa Monica, etc. perfect space to relax in and have a home cooked meal or pack picnic lunch for a day at the beach. John was an excellent host & very accommodating. Highly recommend this accomodation.

Peaceful Stay

I loved how clean and quiet it was and how the sunlight that would enter rooms. Also, I loved being able to walk across the street to restaurants, grocery stores, and a juice place. I would recommend this location!
