Located on Ft. Myers Beach just steps from the Ocean, This newly built home features five bedrooms and four baths. Bring your family, extended family and friends for an unforgettable vacation!

Soak up the sun in the heated salt water pool or champagne spa. Or have a nice BBQ on the pool deck. Or sit on one of our two balconies and smell the ocean air while enjoying a spectacular view of the gulf.

The top level is where you will find the large master bedroom with a King-Size bed and private bath. Enjoy the extra large walk-in-shower with raindrop shower head while taking in views of the gulf. But don't forget to sit out on the balcony to watch the beautiful view of the sun while it sets over the horizon. The Jr. Master features a Queen bed with a private walk-in-shower and huge walk-in-closet.

On the second level, you will find three additional bedrooms. One Bedroom comes with a Queen bed and closet. Another bedroom comes with two Double beds and a closet and finally the largest room on this level features a Queen bed with private bath and walk-in-shower. All rooms are equipped with large Flat-screen smart TV's with free YouTube TV. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer and iron/ironing board. This level has a main bathroom with a tubbed shower. There is a generous open concept living area with an oversized sliding door and a balcony with an outdoor seating area with an amazing view of the gulf.

The kitchen features are all new stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully loaded with everything you may need for your stay. The dining area has a large table that can easily seat an entire family, with additional seating at the center island.

The bottom level and back yard has a very large covered lanai with large screen TV. Easily watch any event or show from our very large heated salt water pool or champagne Spa. There is plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to either sit in the shade or enjoy the Florida sun.

This brand new home is fully furnished and decorated beautifully. We want you to come in and enjoy our home just like you would your own. The Ice House is a place to build memories you will never forget.

This property had EVERYTHING a vacationer could need, or even want!! Everything about our week was perfect! A short walk to the beach, a very quiet beach, a private pool (with all the floats toys a kid could want), and a pac man arcade game….we couldn’t have asked for anything else!!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for families, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. One of our favorite features was all of the beach gear provided, it made our beach days so easy, and with the beach just steps away, the location couldn’t have been better.The host was fantastic with communication, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. We truly had a fabulous beach vacation and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back and staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

We made such wonderful memories in this lovely house. It was so well equipped with every kind of supplies and entertainment from towels, beach chairs, bikes, air hockey, pac man, games, puzzles and more! The host was the best! I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend it to everyone.

This was one of the best places we stayed in trend of amenities, from kitchen to pool to games and bikes. Also their cleanup requests on the last day are simple and straight forward. The location and home are perfect.

Absolutely amazing family vacation for us! Location is truly unbeatable. You have the beach within steps away from you. You have an amazing pool with Limitless pool toys or activities to keep you and the kids entertained all day long. We rarely left the area, whether it be at the beach or at the pool because there was so much entertainment.The convenience of having the grill right there where you can grill and also outdoor dining you can all be eating, some people in the pool while everyone hangs out in the same area.I have a wide range of age of kids from two years old all the way up to 12 and they all were able to stay entertained, which is sometimes very challenging, but not here!The house itself was perfect, perfect size, cleanliness, the layout everything from top to bottom was flawless.Communication with the host also very very impressive! They make you feel extremely welcome, they answer any questions if you need help with anything!Truly appreciate this family vacation and what this house has to offer!

Beautiful property…beach just across the street.This house is fully equipped for all ages. Lots of beach items, including coolers, beach bags, towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and wagons. Lots of pool toys and floating items (loungers, noodles etc) game room has dart board, air hockey, corn hole, video games and more. Kitchen was fully stocked for easy family meal prep including outdoor gas grill. 5 bedrooms accommodated our family so well. If I come back to FMB area I would definitely check this property for availability again. Great communication with the host. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home, and so close to the beach. All beach accessories r there for u, chairs, umbrellas, toys and beach games. The pool area was also a hit, we used the heated spa a lot, unfortunately the pool only gets morning sun and we were at the beach every morning. And sunsets were fabulous. Both deck areas were used a lot and the little Christmas touch was perfect.
We were the only ones out some days

Yes depending on what time of year it is, unfortunately the longest we will ever get sun on the pool is about 2:45 because of the height of our house and the neighbors. Family Vacation

Our stay was amazing! Property owners were amazing and just a text message away to answer any questions, The property has so much to do from bikes, games and so much more. Kept my grandchildren to adult children to busy with fun things to do!

Best place ever

We truly enjoyed our stay. The Icehouse was so much more than expected! We have never stayed anywhere as nice with hosts so accommodating! We will stay again.

Beautiful vacation home

The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We also enjoyed the large pool/spa, balconies, rec room with other amenities (air hockey, bikes, and floats) which made our family's vacation wonderful!
