The interior is open concept in the main living areas before reaching the individual rooms. There is a dedicated workspace you can use just before walking into the annex between the home and the garage. In the annex is a washer and dryer as well. In the garage there is also two stalls capable of holding two large vehicles, so there is plenty of parking on the property.

The listing will provide a whole NEW and FRESH perspective for you and your guests of what the Airbnb experience should be like.

You can enter this unit through the front door using the smart keypad. You may also enter through the garage.

We will be available to communicate with you about questions you may have about the unit/stay, any additional accommodations you may have and ultimately any emergencies that may come up during your stay.

The neighborhood is characterized by its older homes, many of which were built in the mid-20th century. The streets are lined with mature trees, providing plenty of shade during the warmer months. There are also several parks in the area, including Montview Park and Moorhead Park, which offer green space and recreational opportunities.

The neighborhood is home to a variety of businesses, including restaurants, cafes, and shops. Some of the popular eateries in the area include the Jamaican Grill, La Cueva Restaurant, and Taqueria Los Gallitos. There are also several grocery stores nearby, including a King Soopers and a Walmart Supercenter.

In addition, Anschutz Medical Campus is also home to several recreational and cultural attractions, including the Colorado Children's Hospital, the Fitzsimons Golf Course, and the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History. The campus also hosts several events throughout the year, including health fairs, conferences, and community outreach programs.

The area is well-connected to major highways, including I-225 and I-70, making it easy to get around the Denver metropolitan area. The neighborhood is also served by several public transportation options, including the RTD Light Rail system and local bus routes.

The house has a driveway and garage that will be accessible to you.

Please note that there is a tenant in the basement of this property. They have NO access to the unit, only share space for parking in case you see them during your stay.

We kindly request to refrain from sending mail/delivery of any items to the house address. This request is to prevent any inconvenience from both parties, as we've encountered issues with mail delivery before and we want to make sure that your valuables will get to you safely in due time.

Please note: If you make a reservation for this property, you are actively accepting the house rules in place.
1. General Conduct

- Respect the Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. We have a noise monitoring device that measures noise levels without recording conversations.

- No Parties or Events: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.

- Guest Limit: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight at the property.

- Remove Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property to maintain cleanliness.

2. Property Care

- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the property. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.

Pet Policy:

- No Pets Allowed: Please note that we do not cater any pets in the property.

- Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.

- Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host.

We can also accommodate early check-ins whenever the property is ready and no issues are present. We update our guests on any possibility of an earlier check-in!

Short trip to the doctors

We reserved this stay for proximity to the hospital. It did not let us down the home is very spacious and well done our family had a great time Thank you

Good place

The place was very clean and comfortable. We had some difficulty finding the number on the house, since we arrived at night and the numbers were not lit. We did not spend time in the area but it was very convenient to the highway for our daily trips

Close to Anschutz. Clean and super comfy beds!

This unit is less than a 10 minute drive to Anschutz which was a blessing when my sister underwent surgery. It was great to be so close to Anschutz to get there for an early morning check in for surgery and and then return quickly to the unit following surgery to allow her to rest. The full kitchen was convenient for cooking meals and having food readily available for her so she could eat when she was hungry and able to tolerate food.The host is super responsive and helpful.The only suggestion I have to make this unit even better is to adjust the check-in time. I feel 4:00 pm would be a more reasonable and typical check-in time. Thank you!
