* Only registered guests may stay at the property.

* Please park only in the 4 designated parking spaces.

* Commercial vehicles with advertising are not permitted.

* Outdoor gatherings should remain quiet and move indoors after 9 PM.

* Parties and events are not permitted.

* Outdoor security cameras are installed for property and guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

We provide:

* Trash bags

These are complimentary starter supplies intended to help you settle in comfortably.



🔧 During Your Stay

If something isn’t working properly, please let us know through the Airbnb app. We’ll coordinate maintenance as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours depending on the issue.



Our landscaping team may access the backyard briefly once a month for routine maintenance.



If your stay includes a scheduled trash collection day, we kindly ask that you place the garbage container outside according to the instructions provided in the home.



📦 Packages

Please schedule deliveries to arrive during your stay. We are unable to receive, store, or forward packages before or after your reservation.



⏰ Late Check-Out

Late check-out may be available depending on our schedule:



* Until 12 PM — $100

* Until 2 PM — $130



Please request late check-out as early as possible. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges if they affect an incoming reservation.
