Enjoy this lovely lakefront cottage situated on Lake Champlain with expansive views and a 'two cups of coffee' sunrise.

Situated on a private dead end road, this 3 bed 1 bath home offers the option of relaxation or an abundance of activities. With 85' of lake frontage on Alburgh's east shore and a state boat launch a mile away, enjoy swimming, boating or fishing on the water. Take to the land and try out some biking, hiking, golf or other endless outings either locally or on a day trip to Burlington, St. Albans or Montreal (all about an hour or less away).

~The Cottage~
Single level ranch style home with an open floor plan allowing for a feeling of togetherness with family and friends. All rooms are equipped with heat and air conditioning. Bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

We are all about the #LAKELIFE lifestyle and want to make your vacation a breeze. We provide linens, bath and beach towels, washer, dryer and general toiletries for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials: utensils, cookware, dinnerware, etc. A grill will be located outside for use as well.

Enjoy the convenience of the private dock allowing for quick access to boating or fishing!

The cottage is smoke free. Off street parking has room for 4 vehicles in the driveway with extra room across the road for any additional vehicles or boat trailers.

Great place to relax

My partner and I (both in our early 60’s) stayed here in the Fall. Crisp air. Lake and mtn views. Fire pit. House warm on cold nights. We brought our own pillows and quilts. We cozied up on the recliner couch with our quilts and watched movies. We baked cookies and made all of our meals. The oven runs about 25 degrees too hot so keep that in mind for baking. We will be back for sure!! Owners are the best!! We called for help with an issue and he was there so fast. We stayed an extra night. Can’t wait for our next stay!!

The perfect holiday

We had such a lovely time, during our stay. The house was perfect everything and more we could have ask for. Everything was quiet and at peace. From the extra toiletries to the mixture for baking. We cannot recommend this place more. And we will be back to visit this amazing place.

Family Visit On The Lake

The location of the house was perfect for our stay. On a beautiful lake and in close proximity to the family we were visiting. The house was spotless, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We will definitely consider returning for another family visit next year.

Perfect Stay

This property was perfect for our family! Beautiful mornings drinking coffee looking over the lake.. The owners thought of everything: inside games/activities for kids, outdoor activites, kayaks, poles, coffee, and all the little touches. I hope to come back again!

Appreciating the simple things

An older property fitted to more comfortably accommodate current times. The cleanest & best smelling, pet-friendly residence we have encountered to date! We enjoyed the use of provided kayaks, fire pit, & porch swing (& laundry).

Exceptional Hospitality!

This get away was everything we were looking for with being on the water and away from the hustle and bustle of cities. The dock was perfect for fishing, weather was beautiful to use the kayaks provided during the day and have a fire at night. The host was very accommodating with supplies, information on sites to see and places to eat. First trip to Vermont, definitely not the last!

Best place to stay

One of the most beautiful spots we have stayed in. Nice an quiet with a wonderful view and lake access. We will be staying here again next year. Owners were awesome and even left use a little welcome backet.

Perfect lake retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lake cabin near the Canadian border. The hosts thought of every detail to make our visit exceptional. There were kayaks, paddles, gas grill, plenty of outdoor seating, a few games, toiletries in the bathroom, and even a few condiments in the fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped. Central A/C was a big plus on the warm summer days. Highly recommended.

Great vacation!

Beautiful views and an amazing property. We stayed for the LCI derby and the dock worked great for our boats and there was plenty of room for our trailers. The camp was fully stocked and clean. We will definitely be back!

Clean, quiet, and relaxing

The property was very clean and well stocked with memorable lake and mountain views. We did some fishing, kayaking and traveled to Montréal, which was an hour away. Danny was a wonderful host and responded to all our requests right away. Highly recommend.

Amazing time

Thank you so much for the best vacation in this cold time being out of bustling Big Apple city. Wonderful mornings and evenings with marvelous landscapes of sunrise and sunset made all of us happy. Unbelievable fishing for those who really like it, kids were excited and so happy catching a fish for the first time through the ice. It was really nice, worm and comfortable like at home. Welcomed host is a great guy letting us to check in earlier. Thank you so much Danny for staying in your amazing house. We did like it so much and looking forward to come back again in summer time!!!

Lovely lakeside getaway

Very cozy space, the view and location are amazing. A great little scenic drive from Burlington. Lots of things you might need are included like shampoo and extra toothbrushes. The bunk beds were a little hard and shaky but the blanket options were great. Would love to come back.

Great location

Stayed for a long weekend of ice fishing. The cabin was perfect and the fishing was great. Definitely will book again.

Very relaxing

My wife, son and I stayed for a long weekend to play golf nearby and took a day trip to Montreal. Great property, quiet and very relaxing. Hosts were outstanding with great communication and instructions. Would love to come stay again in the future.

Amazing Views

We enjoyed our short 2 nights at this beautiful property about a mile from Canada (next time we'll take our passports!). The neighborhood is quiet and so many beautiful farms there. Cannot beat that view! Our host answered everything for us and we enjoyed the gifts and note on the counter. It was super clean and loved that there was firewood (we brought some also) available for a bonfire with marshmallows and hotdogs, the grill was fabulous over the bonfire. We hope to visit for a week next time. Thank you for allowing us to visit. Although the foliage is late this year with this warm weather we saw the swamp maples festive in their reds and oranges. We went to 4 wineries and 2 breweries and a farmers market. A great time had by the 3 of us.

Great house and location

Quiet, Relaxing with Lake Champlain at your Doorstep!

Very quiet area, off of a quiet road, less than 1 mile from the Canadian border. The cottage is nicely situated with views of the lake from the main room and from the master bedroom. Several kayaks are provided. All amenities - Wifi, appliances, AC, etc., in good working order. The owner is very responsive, we had a couple of questions during our stay and Daniel responded to our emails within 5 minutes or so. Located between Burlington and Montreal for day trips. (If you want to go into Canada bring your passport, a standard driver's license won't cut it.) We had a great time! Thanks!!
