Excellent find for our quick 2 night stay for 4. The house, views and property are wonderful. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are large enough for guests to share and equipped with everything you need. The maybe 15 minute walk into town form the house is not bad at all and very enjoyable. One of our guests is in their 70s and had no problem with the stairs and walk. This is a gem in Bisbee for guests to stay at.

Amazing property, highly recommend! The hosts were beyond gracious and the house was perfect for our whole family. We were in town for a wedding and it couldn’t have been more delightful. This place is spacious, immaculate, and extremely interesting in terms of decor and amenities.

Very well equipped kitchen and other aspects. The house and grounds are luxurious and everything worked well. This location is not for anyone with any walking issues however, as access to Bisbee requires lots of steps and walking hilly streets.

Thanks for the 5 stars and the reminder to folks (that is if they have read my home description) that anyone who finds steps difficult should perhaps look to stay in another part of Bisbee as the historic part was built on the sides of a mountain with few roads but lots of public staircases. Quite unique but not for everyone!

This was a terrific property, and we really enjoyed our stay!The house is huge with four bedrooms on two levels. Everything is immaculate, and no supplies are missing. Maybe best of all, the outdoor area is beautiful and very well-maintained. The views of Bisbee and the surrounding mountains are excellent, especially at night.Yes, the stone stairs can be a little difficult, and it can be a bit tough to find the first time you try to get there. However, the overall experience is terrific, and I would highly recommend it.

I agree with you that getting around in Old Bisbee can be a challenge, and for anyone thinking of booking the Dragonview, I just want to this opportunity to ask that they make a point of reading the directions I send them, and not just rely on GPS. Also, don't believe the walking distance on Google maps as they don't account for the shortcut downtown by walking on Bisbee's public staircases. Yup it's an unusual town! Anyway, would love to host you again as you were great guests!

We had an amazing stay at this 4-bed, 2-bath luxury vacation home. The property exceeded expectations with spacious, elegant rooms, modern amenities, and stunning views. BHS 30 Year Class 95 Reunion

Lovely house nestled up the canyon in Old Bisbee. It was a perfect home away from home stay. I recommend this property for a great family visit to the perfect little town.

Welcome to Dragonview! After 30+ years of dedicated renovations alongside local Bisbee artisans, I am thrilled to open my unique home to you. I grew up in Canada, moved to Bisbee in 1979, and spent four years living in Japan. Because of my love of Japan and as I was born in the Year of the Dragon, these majestic creatures inspire the property—and I hope they bring you great luck! I retired from a 25-year career in regional community development, and I am proud to call these magical mountains home. My partner Murray and I often live in the cottage at the far end of the property, so we are readily available to assist you if needed, otherwise we will give you complete privacy. Thank you for staying with us, enjoy the town, and don't forget to take a picture at the life-size Dragon Gate which is over by the public staircase!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

While still living in Canada, one day I looked at a map of Arizona, saw the name 'Bisbee' and suddenly 'knew' I was going to live there someday. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it, as many other residents and visitors have. The weather is near perfect, not too hot, not too cold, and the history of the area is fascinating. I love the sky, the stars, the mountain views and the warm people of this community.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There are few quaint and historic towns in Arizona, and Bisbee is the best. Slip back in time while enjoying modern amenities and inspiring views from this large and luxurious mountain home. It was half the size and quite a mess when I first bought it. It has been my 'art project' and a real learning experience, something like the old movie 'Money Pit'. The fantastic views and large yard were always there but I totally rebuilt the house, including pine wood ceilings and cabinets, stone walls and staircases, and the remarkable iron work all over the property.
