Spring vacation

Everything was nice. The pool was a little too small and we have problems with the air condition and the fans but overall everything was nice.

The home was nice. There was plenty of room in the house for the 6 of us. The issue we had was there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels, also only 2 bags for the trash can in the home. If you plan on making any meals the cooking pots and pans look like they are from a used store. None stick flaking off and all the pans are small. We had a hard time cooking as we didn't have pans or a pot big enough for cooking for the family, also only 2 packets for the dishwasher to clean the dishes. The pool is very small, it worked for the kids, but it would be really crowded if we all got in. My wife had a hard time sleeping because of the security system that would go off because of the wildlife setting off the proximity sensor.

Dear Glen, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the home comfortable and spacious for your group of six. We’re sorry that some aspects of the stay did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing the concerns about the kitchen supplies, trash bags, paper products, and dishwasher supplies to our attention. We’ll review these items with our team to ensure the home is properly stocked and equipped for future guests. We’re also sorry to hear about the security system being triggered by wildlife at night. We understand how disruptive that can be, especially when trying to sleep, and we’ll look into possible solutions. Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us identify areas where we can improve the guest experience. Warm regards, Magic Box Vacation

Sisters Getaway

Very nice location, nicely decorated, could have been a bit cleaner eg. toilets, in need of new caulking in upstairs main bathroom, stains on carpet, and walls. The listing does not show pool size accurately, barely bigger than a hottub. If a listing states that it sleeps nine people, there should be enough living room furniture and patio furniture to accomodate all guests, only 3 patio chairs, and 1 lounger, bbq. takes up so much space for such a small patio. Kitchen is beautiful, however the toaster smoked everytime, and no plastic cups for patio use. The previous tenant left his families profile and preferred language on t.v. and no matter how many times we tried, even using you tube, could not switch the info. back to english.

Ummmm, 7/10

House was somewhat clean, floors were dirty needed to be swept and mopped. Drains in bathroom were slow and shower heads sprayed in multiple directions as if they were sputtered or clogged. There was a stale or old smell throughout the home. Pool was not a pool, more like a hot tub, pictures make the pool look much bigger.Property manager was extremely slow to respond after all money was received and only responded once when we were on site. Our garbage bin had no latch so raccoons got into the garbage. Reached out to Property management but no response. Requested heated pool and grill during the booking process, never received either. I personally will not book with this property management again.
