Franklinton has revamped the downtown and is such a cute area now. The house is very convenient to Main St on a safe quiet street. House has been updated and has a nice backyard area for hanging out. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

This was a charming house that was a great place to call our home base for the weekend. Short walk to historic Franklinton to several restaurants and cafes. A few blocks from the grocery store also. Would definitely stay again.

This is our favorite rental and the host is a fantastic owner. Everything is so well thought out, spotless, and special. From the easy check-in and out directions to his lightening fast response times via the VRBO app, this property is managed A. Great beds and bedding, cozy living room, and well stocked kitchen keep us returning to this same property year after year. THIS is a model property without the traffic of Wake Forest and it's escalated prices. Thank you

A lovely weekend stay!

We stayed her visiting some family in the area and LOVED it. It’s a quiet area and the home is so lovely and clean. The owner was so responsive and helpful which made our stay even better. Super close to anything you might need to get to and great way to have the family together. 10/10 would stay again.

Wonderful House!

This is a lovely house - clean, nicely furnished, comfortable furniture. I have never seen a place so well stocked with everything you may need! We will definitely book again!

Wonderful Stay in Franklinton

Really great spot in a small and quiet little town. A great base for visits with friends in the area and away from the bustle of Raleigh (but not too far away). Older house but well maintained and lots of little extras. Loved sitting on the screened in porch to enjoy breakfast. Bedrooms were comfortable and my Mom and I had all the amenities we needed for a nice stay.

Nice place

Nice house, the only problem we had was we couldn’t find the remote for the tv in the living room. Was well located to visit and shop with family that lives in Youngsville.

My place is located on a quiet one-way street within Downtown Franklinton. The town has implemented a revitalization plan that showcases the exciting growth coming to the area. This house is walkable to new and coming dining, shopping and fun activities.

This 1950's brick ranch home has lived a long life and I’ve worked hard to bring it into the present while maintaining the character that makes it so unique! This house is located on a quiet one-way street leading to downtown Franklinton. The kitchen is fully stocked with filtered water, a coffee maker and basic spices & seasonings for cooking. There are also non-perishable foods for guests if they would like to use them. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature queen beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All rooms have extra comforters available in the closets. There is a spacious living room and dining room for guests to enjoy and relax in. There is a full laundry room as well. Enjoy a drink on the front porch or head around back where guests are welcome to relax on the screened in porch or rear patio area with fire pit and grill.
