Room was as it was pictured. Staff was friendly and the breakfast that was included was quite substantial. The room was clean but when we got into the room, we found it was missing a bathmat and there wasn't a directory showing wi-fi password, local restaurant options or places of interest. However, the front desk person was more than happy to answer questions as they came up during our stay. Our room was a pet-friendly room and was perfect for our four legged traveling companion. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. The only wrinkle we experienced was I had messaged the host regarding using cash for the 100.00 refundable room deposit. The host indicated it would be fine to use cash but upon checking in, I was told the policy of the property itself was they were not accept cash - not a deal breaker but rather a miscommunication between the host and the property and an understandable policy. Property felt safe and secure, nicely maintained, and was well lit at night. We inadvertently left something behind and after calling the property, the desk person we spoke with, who was very kind and helpful, located our item and sent it out - it is currently enroute to us. We would certainly stay here again.
