Enjoy a unique & exciting experience at a renovated 1800`s hotel, now turned vacation rentals. The entire main floor makes up the The Roaming Bison Condo including 3BR, 3BA, + murphy`s bed. Sleeping space for 8, TVs in every room, private patio, & a hot tub. Grab food and drinks at the bar/restaurant across the street or a cold one at the beer garden. 25min to Rapid, 10min to Spearfish, 15 min to Deadwood. Centrally located to get to your favorite Black Hills attractions!

Livingroom: Large open concept w/ sprawling ceilings that makes the room feel spacious. Multiple leather sofas & recliner, floor to ceiling windows, mounted flat screen, fireplace, lots of floor space

Kitchen: Open concept, solid wood dining table, stainless steel appliances, original hardwood floors, beautiful cabinetry,

Smoking is not allowed in the condo but is allowed outdoors away from doors and windows. Safe butt disposal is on back patio.

Guests will be financially responsible for any damages caused by anyone in their party, including pets.

Guests will be given respect and privacy during their stay, but we are only 5 minutes away should you need anything.

Nice place, would stay here again! It was fun to stay in an old hotel that was listed on the National Historic Register. Nicely decorated, and well appointed!

Loved our stay! Easy to get to, park, and enter. Close to spearfish and Sturgis. Bar/restaurant right across the street and little grocery store down the street. Super unique and fun place to stay!

Beautiful condo unit. What a wonderful job remodeling the building. The the decorating and antiques were beautiful. Perfect location for traveling around the Black Hills. Brandi had excellent communication. The condo has everything you’d need.

We loved staying at this property! The home was beautiful, and so unique. The amenities were top notch, and the saloon across the street was fun and the staff were super friendly! Would definitely stay again!

Bachelorette Party Fun

We had a great time at this property. We loved the amenities. Lots of space and close to Deadwood but not IN Deadwood- which we appreciated. The bar across the street was fun and we enjoyed karaoke the first night of our stay.

OUTSTANDING VRBO

This is my 2nd stay here for a summer vacation having stayed upper unit and this time lower unit; both amazing! Both accommodated my large family. I will come back again and again. Cannot say enough good but this place sets the bar. Love it!
