Check-in process was very easy and efficient, this is a beautiful and very clean house. Amazing host who thought of all amenities we will need and Jared provided everything we needed during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Long Weekend with Adult Kids

The house is spotless, well appointed and in a great location. Host was very responsive to communications and our stay was excellent. I will happily book it again when the opportunity arises.

Goodrow Getaway Girls Weekend

This lovely house is located in close proximity to many hiking trails, restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen and common areas in the house were perfect for a group of 6, beds were very comfortable and we had an amazing stay. Highly recommend!!

Clean and comfortable

Goodrow was amazing. Lots of amenities and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there were tvs in all the rooms. Communication and check in were top notch. We would definitely book this again.

The house is beautiful and well stocked.Jared is an amazing host-he goes above and beyond.We were a family of 5 adults-the parents and two adult sons and wife of one of the sons.We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and queen or king size beds.The kitchen is well stocked.I walked every morning and evening-I never made it to Sugarloaf trail-this is not easy to find and pretty far away, but the neighborhood is wonderful.There is a local donut and coffee place within walking distance we headed to daily (although, if you are looking for espressos-Jared has an amazing espresso machine in the kitchen!)You won't need a tour guide, Jared has left a binder full of fabulous recommendations for food and fun.I included a couple of photos from the driveway-so you can see the beauty from his door that surrounds you.If you are looking for Sedona-away from the crazy of downtown, this is it!!!

Week of Hiking and Golf in Sedona

The property was prefect for a week in Sedona. Excellent location for many activities and walking. The property is clean and modern. Well stocked. Very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great Stay at The Goodrow House

The house was beautiful , clean and well maintained with plenty of space and sunlight.The rooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with easy access to dining and groceries.We strongly recommend this property and will stay there again on our future trips to Sedona.

We had awesome 7 night stay. House is located in a great location near restaurants, grocery store, & trails. Spacious 3 bedroom house, fantastic master bedroom with great morning light. We enjoyed having drinks on the patio and grilling our dinners.

The house was as described, the location was central to everything. Quiet neighborhood and the amenities made for a perfect stay. Jared was responsive to any questions. If we make it back to Sedona we would look at staying at Goodrow again.

Great stay in Sedona

This was a perfect place for our stay in Sedona. The bathroom for every room was a nice amenity. It was nice and spacious overall. The kitchen was well equipped for meals. It was conveniently right next to a grocery store which we went to daily, and it was right next to the main highway to get to restaurants and out to hiking. The property manager was very gracious. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect House. Perfect Location

We ended our Arizona vacation in Sedona and couldn't have picked a better place to spend the last three nights. This house had everything we needed, comfortable beds and bedding, gorgeous views, stocked kitchen, and snacks from the host. This was about a five or six minute walk to Starbucks, Safeway and Sedonuts. We could have also walked to restaurants if we'd chosen. It was also a very convenient location for the other places we went, like Uptown, Oak Creek Canyon/West Fork Trail, and the best restaurants. We really liked having a bathroom in each bedroom, large closets and the best showers ever with great water pressure. Thanks so much!

Perfect place in Sedona

My family (5 adults, 1 yr old, and a dog) stayed here over New Years. It's the perfect location with easy access to Safeway, restaurants and Sedona hikes. The beds were very comfortable with a reasonably soft mattress and soft sheets. My son said the his mattress (right rear bedroom) had a depression at his head that was problematic for him but the others were perfect. There was plenty of room for us to cook, eat and hang out together when we weren't hiking. Most of the restaurants were fully booked or closed for new Years eve and day so we brought food in or cooked. We could have used instructions for the fireplace and there was no remote to turn it on (but we figured it out). The Nest smoke alarms had a bright motion activated light in the bedrooms but we were able to relocate them. The guide left by the owners was very helpful and thoughtful. They asked that we wear slippers inside but we normally do that so it wasn't an issue. Overall, we couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location

This is a beautiful home and was in the perfect location for us, close to everything. I would have given all 5s, but we were unable to use one of the showers because the door was jammed closed. Since it was glass we didn’t feel safe using any force to open it. Since the three bathrooms was one of the reasons that we chose this home to rent it was a disappointment and inconvenience for us. Also, I paid for a shower that we were unable to use. This home was higher priced than 3 bedroom 2 bath homes, so I feel I paid for something we did not get. A lesser issue was there was no way to safely get to the backyard, so we just stayed on the balcony/porches. Again the home was beautiful and we loved the location. Perhaps it is a new rental—there were no ratings before we booked it—and they are just working out the kinks. Again, I wanted to be honest, it is great.
