Great stay

Very well maintainted property with nice decoration. Only a 5-10 min walk to a quiet portion of the Fort Lauderdale-by-the-sea beach with well preserved dunes with vegetation. Quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful vacation

Stayed here June 2021-nice, quiet neighborhood, house was clean and comfy. Grandchildren ages 4 and 11 loved the pool, as did the adults! House was well stocked with pool toys, wagon to take to the beach (about an 8 min. walk), kitchen utensils, etc. -wouldn't hesitate to book this house again. Thanks to our gracious hosts for their hospitality and ease of booking!

Family Vacation

We vacationed with our daughter/son-in-law and our two grandsons aged 3 and 7 months. The house was as advertised and the hosts were very responsive and prompt when we had a question. I would highly recommend this property and rate it 10 out of 10.

Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our warm Christmas vacation. This 3-bedroom is clean, comfortable and beautiful, in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The pool is a nice bonus. Walking distance to grocery, beach, shops and restaurants. We would love to return someday.

Lombardy Oasis

Beautiful property just a few minutes walk from the center of LBTS and/or beach. Friendly neighbors out walking (if you pick the cooler times of day) along quiet streets with well-maintained properties. Backyard privacy. Perfect for our needs.

Perfection!

My family and I just completed a week at Carole and Victor’s rental and can’t say enough positive things about it. The house was clean and comfortable. We had a blast in the pool and grilling outside. The beach was a close walk as were several delicious restaurants. We really didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend!

Family Weekend

Overall, good experience, would recommend it. Thought house was a little closer to the beach. House has some maintenance issues , for example dust and mold around hvac and exhaust vents. We would rent again. Worked very well for intent of the weekend. It had everything we needed.

Family Spring Break

This property was exactly as pictured. The pool was just the perfect temperature and my teenage boys loved the basketball hoop in the back. The house had everything we needed for the pool and everything we needed for the beach. We have stayed at BnBs before and the best part about this place was that the owners made sure we had all the basic essentials to get by! For example laundry detergent, paper towels, aluminum foil, spices and so on. Lots of blankets as well. Just a short walk to the beach in a very safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Modern Property

The house is beautiful, recently updated with everything new. The house is exactly like the pictures shown equipped with everything you need for an outstanding family vacation. There are many more pros than cons with this property. The only con is that the bedroom with the bunk beds is on the other side of the house and the room gets very warm compared to the rest of the house. If you are travelling with small children, I would suggest to bring a baby monitor. We had 2 & 3 year old so we had one adult stay in the room each night. By far this is the best airbnb we have rented.

Great!

Everything was excellent location is perfect it’s a walk to the beach a walk to stores the only thing we wish is that we would’ve had an opportunity to heat the pool. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen beautiful, couch was super comfortable. Other then that everything was great and Carol was extremely responsive and helpful.

Hi Kathleen, The pool is only heated for guests who ask for it. I’m sorry you didn’t ask us, we would have come in the next minute to put the heater on, we leave on the same street, just couple houses down. Next time! Thank you and looking forward to accommodate you again soon. Carole

Magnifique maison, propre, prés de la plage. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Situé dans un coin tranquille. La piscine a ete un must avec des jeunes ados.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really did enjoy our stay here. The kids loved the pool and how close the house was to the beach (you could walk to the beach and dinner downtown). The bunk beds were great for the kiddos. The house has a good layout. The beds only had one mattress on them in the bedrooms and one of the rooms was a little too warm but thankfully fans were provided. There are towels, sand toys, pool toys, beach chairs and wagon provided. There was even some puddle jumpers life jackets and a baby raft. Don’t bring anything from home! We did have some ants in the house but pest control did come while we were there. It’s Florida so we weren’t surprised by it. We did have an two small issues. Carole was very responsive and everything was sorted out. We would definitely stay again because of the location to downtown and beach as well as the pool.

One of our favorite spots!

We are a family of 4 plus a couple grandparents for part of the trip. What an amazing property! The neighborhood is upscale and safe. 1/2 mile to Publix and a little further to the beach. A friend recommended we check out the Las Olas area and we were very impressed by the shops, restaurants and the like. The house itself was well equipped for toddlers(toys, floats, bunk beds) and adults(Cork screws, lime squeezers, wine fridge, pots and pans). We opted to heat the pool and that meant we spent about 5 hours a day in it. Victor and Carole were great to deal with, but note that they prefer phone calls over texting. Will definitely return someday!

So relaxing!

We stayed here for 1.5 weeks and loved it! The house is very comfortable and open. We thoroughly enjoyed the private backyard and spent a lot of time swimming in the oversized heated pool, reading on the lounge chairs, and eating our meals under the gazebo, including food prepared on the grill. The house is in a nice, safe neighborhood that is within walking distance to Publix, the beach, and local restaurants. Also, Carole and Victor are warm, responsive hosts who were always ready to help. We definitely plan to stay here the next time we visit Fort Lauderdale.

Everything as listed. High end BBQ, cookware, appliances and linens for a vrbo rental. Spotless. Instant text response from host. After years of Airbnb and Vrbo here and abroad this is my first visit that exceeded my expectations across the board.

Great house and location

My husband and I stayed here for the month of February. It was the perfect spot to stay during the pandemic with it's own private pool and beautiful yard. The house is located in a great neighborhood and we were able to easily walk to lots of outdoor dining locations, the beach, the grocery store, etc. The house was roomy with plenty of space in the closets for our belongings and there were lots of towels, and beach towels available. The property managers were friendly and very responsive to all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

We loved staying at this property! The space was clean and had everything you would need. The outdoor area was amazing and we spent most of our time there. The location was great and even when we had an issue with the air conditioning, the hosts were quick to respond and got it fixed. Would definitely stay here again!
