Good communication prior which made check in easy, great sea views (we watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony). The condo is a ‘best of both worlds’ as we enjoyed all the amenities of the hotel (which was lovely) but still had the privacy of our own apartment. Free parking was a plus as well, very comfortable stay and would recommend

This was a perfect last minute vacation for us. The owner was very responsive and we really enjoyed the easy parking and access to the condo.

The room and condo area of the resort was very dated. Had some upgrades done like the shower/tub area but it was not very well done. The add is misleading on the quality of the room. Also the A/C system struggles to keep the room cool. With these things noted the price is not worth what you get.

We had such a great time at the Seawall Perch! Perfect getaway for us. The San Louis restaurants are great, and it was nice having everything so close. We will most definitely be back.

We had an awesome time! It was a great place! Only complaint would be the bathtub was hard to get in and out of. Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy the resort! It was so much fun!

Had a wonderful stay at the Seawall Perch condo. Everything was clean ,comfortable, and exactlyas described. The location was perfect, and we had no issues at all during our visit. Would definitely stay there again!

Best condo in the area

The resort is loaded with amenities to fill your time with while on vacation and is just minutes from restaurants and other activities as well as friendly staff. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to stay in Galveston!

Location of the condo is great! Very easy check in and out. We have stayed at this hotel many times and this has been our favorite condo!

Condo was so wonderful and the view was beautiful! The condo was really clean and well kept. The resort is great with a lot of different restaurants. I very much enjoyed my stay there!
