When you book the Seawall Perch, you are booking our home away from home, and the view will take your breath away. You will be on the privately owned condominium side of the San Luis Resort Beachfront Hotel Spa and Conference Center. Key access is required at ALL entry points for added security. Directly from the condominium elevator, you can walk into the hotel lobby. You can shop, swim, eat, enjoy a cocktail, relax, walk down the Seawall, go to the beach, and even work out. You can enjoy all the San Luis Resort has to offer, including room service! Phydias is our resident macaw. He has been living at the hotel since 1991. He enjoys socializing with guests and giving "hello" and "goodbye" greetings. Meet him on your next visit!

Look through the photos to see all the little extras included for your enjoyment while you stay. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer just across the hall as well as the elevators. This is our only rental property, and we want everyone to enjoy it as much as we do.

Perfect weekend

Wonderful unit to stay in. Exceptionally clean everything you could think of was in this unit, loved It ! The host is amazing she checked in to make sure everything was OK ! We will definitely stay here again.

Valentine’s Visit

We’ve been long time visitors of Galveston and its restaurants for years. When I found out there was a pairing of The San Luis hotel and an option of staying in a condo on the same grounds, we were thrilled. We visited during Valentine's Day, it wasn’t great weather but that didn’t bother us too much. The condo was a great fit for us with a King size bedroom and 1 1/2 bathroom set up. We had a great size living area and kitchen. Then we had two private balconies with incredible views. Our host Tricia was very responsive, we never felt we were on our own. We had a couple issues during our stay that were out of her control. All in all it was a great trip. We will definitely stay at The San Luis Condominiums again.

Very Nice Stay

Condo was very clean and in excellent condition. Dishes, silverware, appliances, and utensils were well stocked ( although we hardly used since we took advantage of the great seafood to eat out). Grotto restaurant on site was terrific. IHOP right next door for breakfast. Getting in and out of the futuristic bathtub, however, was a challenge for showering. Communications with the owner was also problematic in several instances, but more of an annoyance than a serious issue. Would not hesitate to book again.

Great location!

The condo is in a very nice resort. The condo had a fantastic view. Very comfortable bed. The only issue was nowhere to hand up your bath towels. The condo needs a couple towel bars or several hooks. Not command hooks (looked like the previous tennant ripped it off the wall).

Day before cruise

Place was perfect. When our cryise ship got delayed Tricia was very understanding on the late check out. Tricia is an amazing host and answered very promptly.

Thankful Thanksgiving

This property was perfect for our family’s Thanksgiving getaway. We had a small issue with a lock code during check in, but our host was quick to respond and make sure had everything we needed. The furnishings were comfortable, the view was amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning, allowing us to leisurely enjoy the start to our day.

Hot - very dissapointed

The air conditioning was not working properly. Only a couple of vents had good air flow. ALL of the vents were disgustingly dirty, so my guess is they were clogged. We communicated withe property manager and at first had decent response. She offered some solutions that didn't work very well. After that we didn't get much feedback. There were a couple of small portable water cooled units (swamp coolers) in the condo, which suggests the issue was known. In addition, the bed was very uncomfortable. Our stay was very unpleasant!

Awesome Place to Stay

We truly enjoyed the stay here. Emplyees from resort were super friendly and made sure there was water for our pup after walk on beach. The dog park is very nice including benches in shade. All we needed in kitchen! Highly recommend Host answers right away for any questions

We couldn’t have wanted a better location for the beach and restaurants! The condo was clean and very comfortable. You can’t beat having two bathrooms and balconies! We will definitely stay here again.

The Beach Heaven was as listed, beautiful. The condo was smartly styled and very efficient for our stay. The checkin process was a little difficult as I never received a key code. The property manager answered my request immediately. Looking forward to another stay .

Great property and location. Parking garage makes things super easy. If staying in summer when it’s HOT keep the blinds closed as much as possible it will help with cooling. Great property, will stay again if going to Galveston.

Perfect Getaway

We had a fabulous time here! Everyone at the resort was so nice and helpful! Food was excellent and the pool vibe was great! Lots to do in the area and we took the hosts recommendation to try BLVD Seafood and it was fantastic! Thank you for having us!

This condo is beautiful and it’s so pleasant to stay yet to be able to have a balcony and sit out and watch and listen to the ocean. It’s just quite relaxing. It would’ve been nice to have a complementary coffee packet and somebody wash but other than that, it was just divine , thank you for a wonderful time

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location with really good restaurants on a walking distance, great pool, great view from the apartment, very close to the beach and the fishing pier. We will be back
