Had everything we needed for our stay and plenty of space for 8 of us!! You provided all the cookware and utensils for our thanksgiving dinner, which we were very thankful for!

My family and I stayed here for my wedding weekend. It was very spacious and clean, in a good location. Comfortably slept 8 people.

Great House!

Great house, lots of space, looks exactly like the listing photos. Lots of space for the whole family, very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

The property had pros and cons. Clean and plenty of towels. Location is on a very busy road. Not easy to pull in and out. Kitchen is poorly stocked. Not baking sheets, no measuring cups or spoons. There was barely any dish soap. Nice outside area, but so full of mosquitos that it could not be used. Sauna was not working. I sent messages about where certain things were located and did not get a response. If I were to return to the area, I would find a different house.

Wow, a three-star review—we sure strive for more stars. Although this sure hit us deep, we thank you for your feedback. It is always a pleasure to host guests and provide our best service. We are surprised by some of the points in your review; we communicated well during your stay. We apologize for not responding after hours (around midnight) regarding the location of items such as the baking sheet and measuring utensils. We understand that mosquitoes are present in our backyard and that the zapper is installed on our deck. We also provided fully charged mosquito-repellent devices for your stay. Nature and traffic are sure hard variables to tackle. We do apologize—the sauna is temporarily under renovation, and this is noted in our listing. We appreciate you staying with us and remain willing to work with our guests to make every stay as comfortable as possible.

Weekend getaway

We stayed here for the weekend in order tonattend the KC Ren Faire. The house was perfect for relaxing before and after. Accessibility to stores for food and what not was great. Beautiful home with plenty of sitting and sleeping areas for all.

A pleasant stay

A bunch of us friends rented the house to attend a friend's wedding. It was obviously recently renovated, but a comfortable, pleasant stay. Being just off of a busy street was a little unfortunate, but didn't effect the comfort of our stay.

We appreciate your review. We do have a busy street at times, but the backyard is very private and green during those seasons. The house is conveniently located to different city attractions within 20 minutes drive. We are glad you felt the comfort inside the house. Thank You so much for staying with us.

We were there for a family wedding in the area. It was clean enough but the bathrooms are very tiny. Don’t plan on using the sauna, it has wood pieces missing.

Nice house in a good location

The house was nice and spacious, clean and well equipped (could use a cookie sheet). The house is on a busy street, but you can't hear the traffic inside. The location was good and convenient to many things. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a spacious house in this area!

Plenty of sleeping options for our family of 7. Appreciated the ability to park the vehicle in the garage. Quick response from owner when we had questions. Appreciated the provided "slippers" for shoe removal at front door. Wish list options would be shoe rack in the front closet (7 people have a lot of shoes) and maybe some wash rags or face cloths for showering/washing up. Towels and blankets were plentiful! Especially enjoyed the morning back yard visits from the local wildlife.

Just what we needed

Perfect place to stay for our group. Close to everything. No issues. I would just add that some more dish towels would've been nice and maybe add some food storage containers. We had a great time!

In town for daughter's wedding

We had a great time staying in this home! Check-in was easy, place was clean, adequate kitchen supplies, and lots of places to sleep. We had to reach out to the owner for assistance on something and he responded immediately. Prior to arriving, I was concerned about the location and backing out of the driveway into a busy road. It ended up not being a problem, nor the road being very busy. Most of the time it was clear to backup or we waited for a couple of cars and then could go. The house was decorated nicely and perfectly clean. Bathrooms were nice and well supplied. We did not utilize the sauna as there was an extreme heat warning every day we were there and one only needed to step outside if they wanted to sweat. LOL However, that is a very nice feature if you stay when it's cooler outside.Hoping to stay here again in the future as our daughter is making KC her new home.
