Work or play ... The Aiken Golf course is just around the corner in this safe and quiet historic neighborhood. Walk to Laurens Street and the shopping and restaurants of historic downtown Aiken. Enjoy any season from the covered front porch or private back deck. Comfortably furnished home has everything you need for an extended stay: robust wifi, washer /dryer, and full well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Comfy king bed in one bedroom and queen bed in the other & Roku TVs in each bedroom. Kitchen & bathroom renovated in 2024: large walk-in shower & lighted make-up mirror in bathroom, granite counters in kitchen.

Guest access
The entire townhome and private back deck is yours. Front porch and back yard are shared if there are guests staying on the other side of townhouse.
Other things to note
Towels and linens are provided, as are starter cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Heating and cooling systems and hot water work very well. High speed WIFI is robust and works well for Zoom meetings and streaming services, etc.

The neighborhood is safe, clean, peaceful, and beautiful.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Smoking related garbage or smells requiring additional cleaning after checkout will incur an additional charge.

The home was very clean and was well stocked with the necessities for our stay. Kendra was very responsive to all my questions. Very nice quiet neighborhood and a short walk to downtown Aiken. We would definitely stay again.

A very clean cozy condo close to everything. Lots of extras including premium towels, basic cooking supplies and a welcome snack basket. Host was the best.I would definitely stay here again.

Just wonderful & so very nice. We stayed 8 nights in our lovely Aiken.The townhouse was just perfect. Quiet & welcoming after a long drive. Well stocked with needed supplies. Close to downtown. We had our service dog & he just loved it too. Would definitely recommend & love to return. Janet Jim & Oliver

I got this as a getaway for my parents' 58th wedding anniversary. It was a pretty big deal for me, so I researched a lot of options. This home was just so lovely! Kendra was amazing and so, so communicative and helpful. The place was incredibly clean (this means really clean - my mother once complained for weeks about finding dust behind my washer/dryer), and my parents were thrilled with how beautifully decorated and well cared-for it was. The pictures really do not do it justice. It is incredibly convenient to town, and my parents, both in their 80s, walked into town several times from this home. What an amazing value! I am almost afraid to write a review about how great it was, because I would love to go down again and I want it to be available. Do yourself a favor and book this vrbo. It's amazing.

The host kept in contact with us throughout our stay checking to see if everything was good. It was absolutely wonderful. The location could not have been more convenient for a short walk to town and restaurants. The bed was very comfy and plenty of towels for our bathroom needs. We cooked breakfast and dinner a couple of days in the kitchen. Loved our stay.

Short golf getaway

Perfect spot for a short getaway. Everything was in a great condition and the place was perfectly stocked. Would absolutely return again for another golf weekend.

Staycation perfection!

We are local to Aiken and were looking for an overnight stay close to downtown to celebrate our anniversary weekend. Kendra welcomed us with flowers and treats that were so thoughtful! The house was very clean, excellent proximity to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Our total experience was a great one. Communication, ease of access, cleanliness, convenience, comfort, location.. it was exactly what we needed. We communicated a possible change of plans and we're told the townhouse next door was available if we needed it. We did not but that eased our mind. The host made it clear that they would do everything they could to make it a pleasant stay.

reunion weekend in Aiken

It was a treat staying here. The house reminded me of the 1950s house I grew up in here in Aiken. The neighborhood in blissfully quiet. The house included scissors, a toaster oven, a deck with a grill, a desk space in one bedroom -- more thank I thought. I would gladly spend another weekend here.

Beautiful Rental

I want to say that I was very impressed with the great communication between the property manager and I. She made sure we had everything we needed. The rental was very clean and accommodating. I am military and I have stayed in many properties, this is one of the top ones. Every time I come back home to Aiken this will be my choice of stay. Thanks for everything!!!

Perfect House & Location for our Trip

The location was great for us to meet up with family & walk to the downtown area, which contains cute shops and lots of places to eat. We truly were steps from Aiken Golf Club which my husband golfed at and loved. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. The backyard was shared (we never saw the folks on the other side) and not fully fenced but looked great if you're traveling with a dog. We found a wasp nest outside the backdoor under the eaves. I contacted Kendra and she was very responsive and had someone come out and spray very quickly. The driveway had more than enough room for three vehicles when we had family over. The house had great a/c (we're not used to the humidity so this was helpful) and there were ceiling fans in both bedrooms, the dining room, and living room. The kitchen seemed well-stocked but we didn't use it beyond making toast. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a few other things like feminine hygiene products, that you may have forgotten. There was also a welcome basket with some snacks, coffee, creamers, bug spray, laundry detergent, & dryer sheets. There were plenty of towels and paper products, as well as extra blankets, including dog blankets to cover the furniture if needed. The door code lock made check-in simple and check-out was easy as we only needed to put the towels in the shower, take out the trash, and lock up. Much easier than most places. If we need a place in Aiken, we'll return for sure.
