One night stay

It is difficult to find a one night stay but this place offers that. Very quiet even though close to airport.

Rooms were very dirty, booked 3 separate reservations and was very disappointed. Cob webs, stains on pillow cases and sheets. Floors stained socks & feet when walking without shoes. Dishes had dried food on them, crumbs in cabinets.

Great communication. Did get confused with multiple Donesta lications, so make sure you look to know which one you're going to! Clean, friendly staff!

It’s ok

Construction all day in the building wall are too thin you can hear everything. They charge for parking which is unfortunate. The perks right next to the airport and care rental places.

GREAT

Only issue was that I didn’t feel like it should be charges for parking. If I’m paying to stay here and you have a big parking lot specifically for your hotel, why is it a extra charge for your customers to park! Make it make sense!

ORD layover

Hard to figure out who I rented from, especially when it came time to call for the complimentary shuttle at ORD. I had to call THREE different phone numbers to FINALLY get the shuttle to show up 45 mins. later. Once we got to the property, everything was ok, but after a long travel day, getting that ride was annoying.

Carpet, towels, and Bed Linen Odor

The unit was clean an orderly, however, the old carpet leaves an old mold ordor. I went to a store to purchase Febreze and Air Wick Plug Ins to mask the smell of carpet ordor. The bed linen and towels left a feeling of particialy clean due to the smell of detergent of choice used to clean bed linen and towels. In fact I use Febreze to spray down bed linen and I was unable to wash my face & body with towels and found myself washing towels prior to use, due to I could smell the use of towels of prior occupants. The mix of the carpet, towels, and bed linen ordor was off putting. My stay was good due to professional and curtious staff, however, for odor of carpet, towels, and bed linen remain for a bad memory.

This may have been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The whole hotel was dirty and run down. My room was dirty and run down. The bed was lumpy, pillows were flat, lamp shade was broken, air con was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to break momentarily. There was no maid service available all week. No where to put garbage. They ran out of toilet paper as a whole in the hotel so I had to go to Walgreens to buy my own. If you wanted a clean towel, you had to bring your dirty towel to the front desk and exchange it out. The elevators barely worked. The entire hotel had a smell to it in the hallways that I can't put my finger on other than to describe it as wet dog. For 200 a night this was the greatest rip off of all time for a hotel.
