The room is designed for two people, and if you’re staying as a pair, there are no complaints. However, for a third person, the room is completely unsuitable, even for a child, let alone an adult. The extra sleeping arrangement was terrible; I had to sleep on the floor the first night (they provided a different mattress the second night). Listing this room as suitable for three guests is disrespectful to travelers. When we raised this issue, the host handled it poorly and ungraciously, even suggesting that we leave the hotel a day early. If we could rate hospitality, we would give it zero out of five.
Additionally, we encountered an issue with the second payment. I booked through Expedia, but the property was listed on VRBO, where the payment button didn’t work. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue over a week, VRBO support never provided a solution. However, the hosts were accommodating in this regard and did not cancel our reservation, allowing us to pay on arrival.
