Not impressed
Stayed here 5 days but was charged for 6, not told when booking that they could not accommodate us for 5, the place was very hard to find , got lost and messaged owners but did not reply, there was no contact when messaging the owners from the booking to the stay, told we would get keys and directions 3days before had nothing until we boarded plane. Tv did not work when we arrived, not that we were bothered, but told to stay in on the Sunday to wait for someone, I was told originally that they would go get tv at 9am and bring it after, messages to ask what time, finally told at 4:15 they were on there way, told them I had a reservation for 5, which we missed as had to wait for her to sort, then she cracked the tv so it was not replaced! After all that!. I was not at all impressed as it was a few days away with my son, who is going travelling and we could not enjoy it! Will not be staying here again!
