Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify several points. Regarding the pool, the listing clearly states before booking that **the pool is not heated**. This information is displayed in the property description and is part of the booking conditions. We were therefore surprised to read complaints about the water temperature, as this was never advertised as a heated pool. Concerning the staff member entering the garden, this was our regular pool maintenance technician. Routine pool maintenance is carried out during guest stays to ensure the pool remains clean and safe to use. This has always been our standard procedure. With respect to the stove, we cannot confirm the reported issue. We were at the house ourselves last week and all burners were functioning normally. Had you informed us during your stay, we would have gladly investigated immediately. The kitchen is our family's own kitchen, not one furnished exclusively as a rental property. It is intentionally equipped with a wide variety of cookware, dishes, and utensils for practical everyday use. While it may not have a perfectly uniform appearance, it is fully equipped for guests. More generally, none of these issues were reported to us during your stay. We always encourage guests to contact us as soon as they encounter a problem so we have the opportunity to resolve it promptly. Unfortunately, communication during your stay was very limited, and without being informed we were unable to assist or address your concerns.
