Located across from the Green Lake boat landing and public beach, this condo is perfect for families or small groups. Features two bedrooms and a spacious living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. Or you can walk to one of the local favorite restaurants nearby. Grab a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the lake. Sibley State Park is a short distance away, where you can hike, bike, fish, or just enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Super clean!

This vrbo was super clean, spacious and right on the lake! Nice amenities, comfortable beds and good kitchen! I would stay here again!

Would recommend

The apartment was great! The outside of the building is a little deceiving, the inside is very nice, clean and modern. The only downside of our stay were other tenants standing/sitting outside right by the front door. We constantly had to use the back doors which wasn’t a super big deal, except that it rained quite a bit and there were big puddles by the back door. Owner very responsive to messages which was very appreciated! Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

This apartment has been completely remodeled and is beautiful! Great location, check-in process was easy and it was perfect for our group of five!

Lake view condo

The condo was very nice, convenient location. Jason was very helpful and promptly answered all my calls for assistance. Not being very Tech savvy I found the TV difficulty to use. Never was able to get to major network TV and local news/weather.

Wedding Weekend

Very clean and updated apartment in Spicer with views of the lake. We were walking distance to businesses. Had amenities such as coffee, soap, towels, hairdryer, etc. We didn't stay long enough to cook but it did have all the usual items. This one of the nicest properties I’ve stayed in.

Nice clean condo

Aside from the outward appearance when we pulled up to the building this condo was exactly as we expected. The building itself is older and the shared hallway a bit rundown but the condo was beautiful inside. New, super clean, and comfortable. We were able to walk to dinner and breakfast and were in close proximity to the state parks we wanted to visit. Our only recommendation to our host is there were no kitchen towels and we ran out of paper towels. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work but that could have been operator error. Overall we had a great visit and loved the condo. Thanks for a great visit to Spicer.

Beautiful lakeside property

We booked this property to stay in while we visited our son. It was very clean and quiet in an easy to find location. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodations

My stay was from Thursday11/09 -Sunday11/12 Coming to watch granddaughter in Sectional swimming and diving in Willmar. This is an easy access to the event. I will be checking out tomorrow and look forward to coming again. I would recommend this property to anyone it’s far exceeded all our needs.

Cozy and Comfortable Apartment

We enjoyed the property and it worked well for our family. Communication with the owner was excellent. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Bathroom was also beautiful! Beds were clean and comfortable. Cute place and a very comfortable stay. We plan to stay again!

Nice apartment!

The space was very nice. High end appliances. The manager was very accessible and got back to me right away. Needed a tea pot and it was there on the front step in hours. Good beds, linens. Plenty of extra linens and towels if you needed them. Would stay there again for sure. Thank you!

Family Lake time!

Beautifully remodeled condo had all the comforts of home away from home! Kitchen was well stocked with spices, containers, cookware (perhaps add some additional utensils and sharper knives!) and new appliances!! We enjoyed the lake-view from the big front front window and comfy (new) furniture. Plenty of space for us four adults. A quick walk to the park and a swim made the warm days wonderful. Thank you!

Spicer “Condo”

The property wasn’t impressive s as you walked into the apartment building and it smelled. The “condo” or rather apartment, looked nice. Although on our stay we found fur on the couch, dirt on the floor and there was food on our comforter. We notified the property manager about it and he said the prior renter wasn’t a very clean guest. When we asked him if it wasn’t even cleaned before we stayed, as a response to his message, he said it was cleaned. There really wasn’t an apology , “thanks for the feedback” was all we got (they already had our money). Needless to say, we won’t be back. If we’re going to spend that kind of money, I want it clean.

Nice view in Spicer

The pros: condo unit was recently remodeled and very clean. decent view of the lake. Plenty of automobile parking spaces. Close in town with access to restaurants, shopping and other activities. Host was good and responsive. Rental Cost was very responsible. The Cons: the outside of the building, in particular the entryway and hallway was rather rundown. The building/unit is located between two main roads and the road traffic noise was at times quite loud.
