Our nautical-themed, cozy home offers a one bedroom/one bath and a fully stocked kitchen. We are equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests, however; two guests work best given the smaller home size.


Beds: In the private bedroom, we offer a comfy queen bed. If you decide to add guest 3 and 4, there is an air mattress which can be set up in the living room with all linens provided.

Bathroom: We have tried to include everything. Equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Additionally, we've included spare toothbrushes, razors, sunscreen, earplugs, and facial wipes in case you've forgotten anything.

Games: setup a game of corn hole in the carport or play cards on the patio. We've also included additional games to create a family game night experience.

Winter Guests: We have recently purchased a table top fire pit and all the s’more fixings for an enjoyable evening on the patio.

Watercraft and slips:
Resort offers a private community launch ramp and boat slips are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Boat slips can accommodate up to a 26’ boat.

Parking: Private parking available for 1-2 cars in the home’s carport. Extra parking for boats, trailers, and other vehicles is available through the resort office- fees apply depending on time of year $5 day (May-December) or up to $60 for on site storage (2 weeks Jan-April).

Pets (aka: Fur babies): As dog owners ourselves, we welcome your dog(s) to join you on your stay! The resort does limit this to 2 dogs. *****Special promotion: no pet fee! Host includes 2 dog dishes, mat for bowls and a list of local dog parks, plus pet-friendly restaurants, ensuring guests with furry friends have all they need for a paws-itively delightful stay in Lake Havasu.
