Stella Maris is the premier vacation rental home on the Florida Gulf Coast. Gulf Front 7BR/7BA, 5,000+SF, private heated POOL - all overlooking the beach. Enjoy incredible views from every room or any one of your three covered balconies. This home creates the perfect family atmosphere with a spacious and open floor plan. Interior features: Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, elevator servicing all floors, cable TV in every room, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, natural gas grill, outdoor fire pit, and more. The property is 1 block off the highway at the end of a quiet street. 1st Floor: pool, parking and entry. 2nd floor 5BR/5BA (2 King master suites, 1 Queen suite, bunk room with 4 Queens, 2 ?Twins?. 3rd floor: Living room, kitchen, dining room and King master suite. 4th floor: King master suite. Pool heat is included. Saturday to Saturday rental during peak seasons.

The beach, the house, and the pool were A. This vacation was the first time in my life I did not want to go home. First timers to Mexico Beach, and we were not disappointed.

Our family really enjoyed this house. It had everything we needed. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean. The ocean view was great withal, the porches. Having an elevator was great too. The host was easy to contact and answered quick.

Amazing Family Vacation

Beautiful house, well stocked and decorated. Quite beach and so close to the house. We got in the first night and usually go out to dinner the first night on family vacation, however the house was so amazing we didn't want t leave and opted for takeout instead. Would highly recommend and hopefully can stay here again.

We had a group of 13 for a family reunion. We picked this place because its on the beach and it had bathrooms for every bedroom. The elevator and heated pool were very nice additions.

Wonderful family vacation! We had 12 family members and all had plenty of room! The views are awesome and location to the beach was perfect! The extra large refrig/freezer was a plus and the ice maker! Downstairs outdoor area was nice with an additional refrigerator! Pool was small but worked out for us! Would have liked a mid week pool cleaning! Recommend this house 100%!

The home was beautiful and spacious. It accommodated my large family of 13. The pool was clean. The ocean views were gorgeous and the beach was close with easy access. The kitchen was well equipped. The home appeared clean upon entrance. Floors, counters, bathrooms were clean. Unfortunately, we discovered the bed linens were not clean and several family members found hair and sand on the sheets prior to first use. We also found pieces of dead bugs underneath the sheets as we were removing to wash. It is a great house, however it appears the cleaning service did not do a thorough job. The real estate office was notified. Hopefully this was just a glitch and is not the norm for a house this nice.

We are happy to hear that the house accommodated your family and was beautiful and spacious. We clean and change out all bedding in between each guest. This guest did not mention anything to us until the last day of their trip - not at first use. We would've been happy to come by and change out bedding if we would've been notified when they first noticed anything. After a week of 13 people staying in the home, it's likely the hair and sand was from their guests staying at the house. There was a large stain found on the living room couch after this guest's departure that they failed to notify us about which required us to pay to have it professionally cleaned. We have a monthly pest control service for all of our houses. The house has been inspected since this guest and no issues found. The house has also been cleaned and all bedding replaced with new clean items since this review.
