Welcome to brand new house locate in Garden Grove, 2 mins away from DisneyLand and 5 mins to Knott 's Berry Farm, 10 mins to Asian Mall (Phuoc Loc Tho), 20 mins to the beach. The house locate in a safe and quiet neighborhood. This property is 1,200 sf living space, 2 beds, 2 baths with luxury design, 2 living rooms , dinning room with big kitchen and huge driveway. It's easy to access to freeway ( 22 and 5). Close to all markets, restaurants open 24 hours. WE ARE PROVIDING AIRPORT PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF (little charge) UPON REQUEST. WE ARE ALSO PROVIDING RENTAL CAR.

Acceptable but cute.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The listing posts a hot tub and an outdoor seating area. Neither were available. No hand towels in the back bedroom and no kitchen towels or dish soap to clean up after meals. The living room tv and the fireplace didn't work. I reached out asking about the hot tub and the tv and did not get a response. One of the showers had long hair on the drain cover. None of the items missing were a huge deal, but would have been nice to have. Cute place, quiet neighborhood, and close to Disneyland. Would recommend if not too picky.

Family Vacation

This place was very clean and modern. The owner was very responsive and hospitable. The mattresses were a little hard, but that’s the only issue we had. We would stay here again, for sure.

Great location

Easy check-in process, quick access to local attraction, all went well except bedroom tv wasn’t working, no remote and internet was spotty.

Over all nice place…

This is a nice place to stay with great parking. We stayed for a Disneyland vacation and the listing’s description said it was much closer than it actually was. In reality it’s about a 14 minute drive to the Disney parking lots, so still pretty close. If you’re a light-sensitive sleeper, I would recommend bringing an eye mask, especially if you’re staying in the room with the queen sized bed. The lights from the apartment building behind the VRBO light up the room. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with.

Warm & welcoming

Tam is a wonderful host. The poperty is beautiful and very clean. Tam and her husband are very nice and welcoming. The property is close to the Santa Ana trail. Will definitely book again! Thank you Tam

Great stay

Very nice home. Perfect for our needs. We were traveling the LA area visiting several college campuses for it son and it was a good home base for us.

The best accomodation you can think of

We spent 14 days in a luxarious stand alone house We have our privacy in a very airy and very clean place All tools are of a very good quality and brand new We loved the stove and the coffee machine soo much Its place is perfect near disney and all shopping areas

Very nice property - upgraded kitchen

Overall, the place was beautifully decorated and had awesome kitchen and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The location is great, very close to all the main attractions in Anaheim. The beds were a bit small and one is quite firm. If you are ok with the smallish beds, I highly recommend it. Also, bring your own baking dishes -- unless they have purchased some since we were there.

Home away from home!

House is so airy and light! Very comfortable and clean. Tam is so nice and accommodating. The place is in a very safe and quite neighborhood. House has everything you need!

Hidden Gem

The property when you pull in looks tiny and plain. When you open the door it's beautiful. Beautifully decorated, marble floors and counters , beautiful appliances. The beds are firm. Extremely clean. Wonderful host.
