In town for my daughter’s UC Davis graduation. It was held at Golden1 Center. It’s a short drive from this house so it was super convenient. The house is in a nice area. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fabulous place. Very clean comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy and checkout was easy as well. Loved our stay and would love to be back.

Mini Vac

Easy check in and stay. Nice back yard for dog and close to parks for walking. Kitchen and baths had essentials.Anchor was quick to respond to any questions. Close to airport and downtown Sacramento, with shopping close by. Would stay there again.

The location was perfect. The neighborhood was nice, quite and clean. The house was very clean. Access to the house was easy. And the owner answered the phone the first time when we had a question.

Graduation trip

Love the floor plan of the house and the location was perfect for trips back and forth to Davis. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a jail back relaxed home like atmosphere.

My stay

This home is well kepted up and very clean. Loved the neighborhood it was quiet. Anytime I needed an answer to anything within a few minutes I'd get an answer. I would stay there again if I'm visiting Sacramento.

The listing says “Whitter Luxery Home” but we were very disappointed in the experience we had. Upon arrival on a 104 degree day, we discovered that air conditioning was off, and it was 84 degrees inside the house. We notified the host of this and that it was still 80 degrees inside at 10pm. The host verbally shrugged and said it’s fine OUTside. Apart from that, there were many small things that added up to anything but a luxury experience. The front and back yards were overgrown with weeds. The screen doors were torn and worn. The curtains for the sliding door to the patio were mismatched and a foot too short. The shower doors in the master bath were not clean. The bed in the master bedroom was propped up precariously on three cut 2x4s stood on end, one leaning at an angle. The ceiling vent fan above the toilet in the master bath was missing it’s cover. There was a partially-uninstalled towel bar in the same bathroom. The light switch faceplate in one of the other bedrooms was broken, leaving the top part of the electrical box exposed. When we ran a load of laundry, the dryer made an unbelievably loud rumbling noise as if it was unbalanced, reverberated throughout the house, and didn’t dry anything. There was one remote for the three TVs in the house.The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is good. There were toys for the kids. But we were disappointed in the lack of quality we’d expect in a “luxury” listing. We hope these issues can be corrected in the future.

Overall acceptable. No information was given ahead of time regarding checkin process and no information was provided for the Wifi, so had to direct message the owner for these. They were actually pretty quick to respond. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, backyard is great with multiple fruit trees. A number of small repairs needed to be done, such as loose door handles and crooked shelves. Despite this, the house was in good working order. There may have been a small animal in the attic, as I heard something scurrying around above the kitchen. have been

Convenient location in cute neighborhood to use as a home base while visiting our son in Davis and touring around Sacramento. House could use a little TLC, but it was very serviceable for our needs.

Awesome house!!!!!! reasonably close to UC Davis. very clean, awesome yard for pups w fruit trees surrounding yard. Very peaceful! plenty of space to stretch out. Host was great!!! cant say enough!
