This was our 2nd time staying here! We had to cut our trip short due to the hurricane, but our stay was still amazing. The location of this condo is the best! Not a long walk to the beach, Walmart right around the corner, great restaurants around! Our boys loved the pool close by and the back porch area! Everything you need is there and the owner is an excellent communicator. We hope to stay again soon!

Condo was very nice, clean, and smelled amazingly clean when you walked in. Kitchen has everything you need. Short walk to the beach.

The condo was gorgeous! It was absolutely immaculate. It had a very clean smell as soon as you opened the door. It had plenty of kitchen items for cooking in. Everything was great. Will definitely rent again.

Can’t complain about anything. The rooms were clean , what I really like was the closeness to the beach. My only issue and host has no control : the traffic was bad. Outside of that; had a good time and would use again.

Fun Family Vacation

The property had everything we needed, and was easy access to all of the amenities, pool, mini golf, beach and just a short drive to some of the area restaurants and attractions. We’ve already booked to return next year!

Great place!

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and modern. We had 6 people and it was perfect. 1 minute walk to the pool and less than 5 to the beach!

Weekend get away

Condo nice and clean!! Big plus! Nice resort complex and very close to beach access which only required walking across street! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location & quite area

It was very peaceful at night sitting on screen in porch. We felt safe with the gated community & 2 minute walk to beach & restaurants.

Great location

Walk to beach is a piece of cake, and the pool is even easier! Just a couple minutes from Pineapple Willy’s and other restaurants. Host is quick to respond and very helpful.

Great Place!

Our vacation was wonderful and the condo was wonderful. We have stayed in the same one the past 2 years. We like staying in this unit because it has everything you need and is close to the beach.

Great location

Overall a great trip! Easy access to the beach and pools. Communication with owner was very prompt. Only had one issue and it was quickly resolved. Highly recommend this property!

Dream Come True.

The name really fits the condo! This was by far our most favorite place compared to all of the other condos we’ve stayed at in PCB. The host was really information and communication with both her and the property manager was really efficient. The condo was well stocked and I love that everything from the sponge too the toilet paper was in it’s original packaging. Their was plenty of room for our little family between both bedroom and the screened in porch was absolutely perfect for winding down at the very end of the night. It only took us about three mins to walk from the front of condo to the stair case that leads you to the beach. The weather was beautiful and this was by far the most relaxing stay we’ve had at PCB. We will def use Lisa and her team again!

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort

We were in 102 Grand HIghland Blv. First off, it is so close to the beach and close to the pool. They also have a pool at the beach as well as a restaurant . Private entrance. We all know that Panama City Beach is awesome !! As for our townhouse. The master bedroom was huge. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I am so used to bringing all sorts of items, I did not need them. They are generous in amount of dishwasher and washing cleaners. They also had a very nice organized items for the beach. We found that they are pretty beat up, so we bring ours but we realized we did not need them . They have a kitchen inventory that is amazing. We did not have to run the dishwasher every day because there was not enough. Our hostess Lisa was quick when I had some questions . You cannot go wrong with this place. Thank you. We definitely made some new memories here.

The location of this condo is excellent! Loved that it was a short walk to the beach. Gulf Highlands is a neat property. Everyone is friendly and the amount of pools and other things to do is great! One thing that we didn’t like was that the poolside restaurant was only open Thurs-Sat which means we missed it. There is a restaurant you can walk to from the beach though—Barefoot and they have a cute pool and area for kids. Also none of the pools at Gulf Highlands were heated yet—maintenance told us they don’t turn on the heat until later October. The main pool closest to the beach was freezing but our kids still enjoyed! The condo was clean and had plenty of space for us. The kitchen was also fully stocked. We grilled one night and appreciated having that option! Gulf Highlands is close to several things-Walmart, Wonderworks, Shipwreck Island, restaurants. We loved the Mexican restaurant next door! The screened in back porch was a lifesaver for us having kids since the condo backs up to the canal. We did get to go out and feed the fish and turtles in the canal thanks to our next door neighbor. On our last day, we ended up losing water due to a busted water main. Lisa responded almost immediately and was able to find out what was going on. They got the water back on pretty fast too and it did not affect our stay at all. Overall, we loved staying here and would definitely return!

An absolute beautiful place to stay! Perfect for a family with children. Having everything to enjoy a stay at home dinner to fishing right out the back door! Very clean and equipped with everything you need from cooking utensils to everything for the beach. This condo has a large wagon with big baloon beach wheels for a easy 2 minute walk to the beach. What is also nice is if you want to skip the beach the largest pool in the community is right across the driveway! I know, not everything is perfect right? Well it is. If I had one bad thing to say I guess it would be having a ring camera inside the back porch and not outside the door. That didnt bother us to much! I will be booking here next year as well!Almost forgot Lisa the host is amazing! Response time was very quick! No waiting to get answers!
