So convenient to the Parkway, yet surprisingly quiet and private. We were very pleased with the unit, communications with the owners, and ease of checking in. Impressive place for a couple!

Beautiful location, super clean cabin with wonderful amenities! Close to several major attractions but secluded enough to wind down!

This place is a hidden gem. Right in the middle of Pigeon Forge. Just a block off the main strip. But you are surrounded by woods . Walking distance to everyting. Very private, very clean and the property is just adorable. Fire pit, hot tub and a creek. I will never stay at another place here.

Very nice home. Clean, comfortable bed and has all of the amenities you need. There is a Publix grocery store in walking distance which is super convenient! Great value too compared to a hotel and with all the comforts if home.

This is my third time staying with Kirkland and I have never been disappointed. The property was very clean, private location, excellent communication with property manager and the location is perfect with just a 2 minute walk across the bridge to Mel’s Diner, convenience stores and hop across the highway to The Island, excellent! We had issues with the fire pit and within two hours, maintenance was there to repair the issue. Kirkland will always be highly recommended in my book.

Convenient & Clean Cabin

Loved staying here! This place gives you the cabin feel all while being 2 min away from everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Super clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend trip!

Located conveniently in walking distance to amenities like a grocery store, dining, fuel and even some attractions. The cabin was very clean and smartly arranged. The immediate property was beautiful and natural. Great rental for a younger couple. I’m a light sleeper, and the proximity to the main strip came with some late night noise…though that is certainly not the fault of the owners. That’s just how Pigeon Forge is. I highly recommend this rental, kinda central to everything. Cute and cozy!
