Newly remodeled Vacation Home with Saltwater Pool

This "brand-new" home, built in 2010, totally rebuilt and remodeled in 2022, is located in a gated community in the south of Winter Haven, next to Legoland, and features everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy the sunsets over Round Lake as you sit out in the nice, large, screened pool area with a 14x28 saltwater pool and relax under the stars.

The house offers comfortable space for 6 guests including children. Additional guests and visitors are not permitted.

The house has an open split floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with large TV, bose surround system, and electric fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, and laundry corner. Every room is furnished with a smart TV.

The pool is NOT heated by standard. If you would like to use the pool heater, please let us know in advance. There will be an additional charge of $25 per day/minimum 5 days.

We provide essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, detergents, etc. only for the beginning of your stay. Sometimes it is not enough as stays vary and everyone uses and handles things differently. Please refill for yourself if you run out of something. Thank you.

POLICIES & HOUSE RULES
We allow bookings for 6 guests including children. No additional guests and unauthorized visitors are permitted on the property outside of your reservation. We do not allow parties and events, including friend and family gatherings. If we find out there are more guests as booked, you will be asked to leave and not given a refund as this violates our house rules. The home is strictly no-smoking/vaping and no pets.

Please be advice we have outside security cameras with video surveillance facing the front door/front yard and driveway.

Amazing

The house was beautiful and in a great location. Close to Lego Land and a lot of very good restaurants. The saltwater pool was perfect.

Great house!

The house was awesome! Wonderful large pool. Setting is perfect on a quiet street with loads of privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Place!

Beautiful house, with a screened-in pool. Very spacious and lots of room to relax. Great laundry area, and huge showers!!! Great neighborhood, so much to see and do. I highly recommend this property.

This was one of our most enjoyable vacations ever mostly because of our host and the beautiful home that my family and I enjoyed so much if you ever get a chance to rent this property you will know what I’m talking everything was just perfect couldn’t ask for a more loving or perfect rental home or host 5+ stars all the way

Absolutely a wonderful

The home was beautiful. Very peaceful. Very well taken care of. The pool was sparkling clean!! Anytime we had a question for the host. He got back to us immediately. We will be back next year!!

For the price it didn’t meet our expectations of cleanliness. There were ghost ants and traps left all over and I found a dirty used teapot that had water and coffee grounds that was covered in ants in the cupboard. The tv’s are impossible to use and get anything on. Cobwebs on the couches and every corner. Electrical issue cause lights and anything running would surge. Just not what I was expecting

These were our first guests who apparently were unable to operate our Smart TVs—most of which are Samsung units offering a wide variety of free channels. After their departure, we checked every single television, and without exception, they all function perfectly. The only minor electrical issue the electrician found was a defective LED strip under the kitchen counter, which was causing the light flickering. Everything else in the house is in perfect working order. We offered multiple times to stop by and assist in resolving the issues they mentioned; however, this offer was declined. The communication was very unfriendly.
