In the heart of Downtown Houston, this bright townhome is close to lots of bars, restaurants, and other attractions, see a list below. The open-concept living/dining/kitchen area is on the 2nd floor and has a large balcony off the living room.

The primary suite is on the 3rd floor, as is the home office and laundry room. The home-office is a 3rd bedroom and has direct access to the bathroom/closet. The 2nd bedroom is on the 1st floor and has its own outside patio.

The high iron fence has an automated gate, guests can easily access property with codes (to be supplied by Host) without the Host being present. The property also has a 2-car garage, and it is ideal for family or guests up to 7! Per Vrbo policy, there are no cameras inside the property.

This was so comfortable we all enjoyed the large kitchen and plenty of comfy sitting in the living room with that gorgeously large TV..... safe and quiet neighborhood and convenient Uber rides to downtown. Thank you

This property had a lot of great attributes, but several inconvenient issues as well. The location was close to all the things we wanted to do and easily accessible by major highways. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and quiet. Lots of outlets for devices. Easy check out! Now for the inconveniences: Upon arrival, we were instructed to unlock an outer gate to access the front door. We obtained the gate key as instructed, but the key would not disengage the lock on the gate therefore we could not go through to access the front door. The owner responded quickly and instructed us to "lift it a little", After about 30 min of trying, it finally unlocked. It is hot and humid in Houston in August and we were outside trying to figure that out for a long time. The upper floor thermostat was not functioning, and it was very warm where two of the bedrooms were. The owner walked me through some trouble shooting steps and finally suggested that I charge it. (It was wireless) After it charged for an hour it worked fine and the area cooled off. But that was the first time I have had to do HVAC repair at a VRBO. When we arrived, the dishwasher was completely full of dishes. We didn't know if they were clean or dirty, so we washed as we went. We were asked to use the "makeup remover washcloths" but none were provided. One bathroom had no towels or washcloths, but we found extra in a closet upstairs. Several light bulbs were out and upstairs shower water would not get hot.

Hi Karen, We are really sorry for the inconveniences you may have experienced. The front door just needed to be lifted up a little to open it, as I described, but we have since fixed the issue with the door. The air conditioning was clearly working. The controller, as you described—the Nest—needed to be charged, and you helped us charge it because we didn’t know the battery was low. I sincerely struggle to see how that then means you “had to do HVAC repair at a VRBO.” You didn’t. The plates in the dishwasher were obviously clean and had been washed for your use. Again, we struggle to see how that was an “inconvenience.” We don’t put all the towels and washcloths out for obvious reasons, but as you said, they were easily accessible in the upstairs closet. Also, all the lights work; you probably just didn’t know where to turn them on. The water also gets both hot and cold, and we have never received a complaint about this. Past guests would have mentioned it if this were an ongoing issue. Overall, thank you for your stay. We gave you a five-star review.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo during my trip to Houston. The space was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and a thoughtful, well-designed layout. It was nicely furnished, making it feel both stylish and welcoming. The location was another major plus, close to downtown yet tucked into a safe, quiet neighborhood. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Houston.

Check-in was super easy host was very responsive. The neighborhood is a great location to everything downtown. Well still having its own character check out was a breeze.

The townhouse was absolutely lovely. The area was very safe and we felt comfortable walking to restaurants and entertainment. Great stay and recommend!!!

Amazing place to stay!

This was a great place to stay. Very spacious with room for everyone. The owner was always extremely quick to respond. We had an issue with the AC the first night but the owner had the handyman out the next morning and the problem was solved! Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was absolutely great! The home is beautiful and perfectly staged. The location was great, walking distance from CVS and lots of great restaurants. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Cozy Downtown Retreat

My family and I went to Houston for spring break and had a great time. This comfortable, spacious and cozy townhome provided a convenient retreat after a long day of sight seeing and activities. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying here again the next time we're in town.

Wonderful!

The location and unit was just what we needed! Super comfortable accommodations with everything we needed. Check in and out was perfect - unit was clean and exactly as described. I appreciated the host’s flexibility with check-in as we arrived very early. Will definitely rebook when we visit Houston again.
