We had 17 people staying here and it was the perfect space for all of us. It was the perfect family weekend getaway. We weren't far from anything and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was a quick 5 minute drive to the beach. It had plenty of room for the 14 adults on my trip, without any 3 tier bunk beds like many other rentals in the area. The host did not respond to messages on the app but did reply to email correspondence.

The house is well maintained and perfectly decorated for the beach. We had an issue with the front door lock. One call and maintenance quickly came to replace the lock. It was a great location, had a community pool and was just a few minutes to the Romar Beach access. Perfect vacation!

Overall the property was very comfortable , the furniture was comfortable, the space was laid out easily to move around. The cookware should be replaced as pans and skillets need to be replaced asap. The outdoor back patio was very uncomfortable due to deck too small for furniture. The toilets needed attention. YouTube Tv was not activated . Great idea to have two laundry washer and dryers, very handy. Thank you for making our visit a pleasant time.

Excellent vacation property for our family of 10! Everything was just as it mentioned in the description. Nice and quiet neighborhood with beautiful decor on the inside of the house. This place has everything that you would want. We will definitely be back. One minor issue was someone turned off the water heater controls and it wasn't easy to find. However after diligently looking for the switch, we found it on the wall of the primary closet. Overall excellent home, with great customer service and you should stay here!

This home was everywhere that was described, the cleanliness and design were impressive. There was more than enough room for all of us, even though we didn’t cook at all but if we needed to everything needed was there. The owners responded promptly with any questions that I had, I will definitely recommend this listing to my friends.

Awesome choice

We had a family of 17 and everyone enjoyed everything about the home! There was no shortage of space, the decor was beautiful, and it felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our stay and will be back and will likely request this location again!!

Everything was great. Wish they had a broom with a dust pan. There was a vacuum but a broom would have been helpful. Nice location to the beach. Nice area. Stocked well with various kitchen items like plates, pots/pans etc. Very helpful having 2 washers/dryers. Easy check in and check out process.
