Overall the cabin was nice. There is tent site right next to the cabin and it's super close. We were only there one night,but had I been staying longer I would prefer a little more space between the cabinets and the tent site. Although if one was coming with family and younger kids that would like to tent this would be ideal.

Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to provide a 5-star experience due to the tent site located outside the common area for the Native Nook cabin. Please be assured that we offer a semi-private fire pit area and picnic table on the opposite side of the cabin, nestled in the woods, away from any other sites.

Great little place to relax

The cabin was so cozy and well decorated with more amenities than I expected for a campground cabin! Such a great place to relax and rest up.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Super comfy and well appointed cabin with extras such as a grill and picnic table, portable chairs on front porch. Very comfortable bed. Kitchenette well equipped. Great location close proximity to many UP attractions.

Super cute and comfy cabin!

This camping cabin worked out perfectly for me - there was much more space than I expected, and the campground itself was nice. There’s a cute front porch to sit on with coffee, and a fridge to keep food and drinks. I was really pleased with this affordable and comfy option!!

Anniversary Trip

Owners upgraded us to the Norwegian Woods Cabin for our Anniversary. Beautiful, peaceful place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, Perfect location to Pictured Rocks, all the waterfalls, Seney Wildlife refuge, Grand Marais. A trip that I will never forget!

Great stay!

Cabin was just as described- better actually! Very clean and newer than expected. The bed is comfy and plenty of options for more sleeping arrangements if it’s not big enough. Bathrooms were kept very clean! This was a great home base for our quick trip and I would stay again!

The cabin was very clean, well kept, and very cozy. Exactly what we were expecting. The community showers and bathrooms were also nice and clean. Would highly recommend.

It was sucha cute little place, we enjoyed it very much!

Good use of the space! Exactly how it was listed. Would come again! Got cold very quickly but we came in the early spring so if you were in the summer it would be better!

7th anniversary

It was our 7th wedding anniversary and we ended up at sight 7 through odd coincidence. We appreciated that peaceful little spot. We’ve never been to that area but intend on visiting again someday. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. Very nice experience.

This cabin was amazing inside and out. Check in was easy, the campground had wonderful amenities and I would highly recommend staying here. The porch was equipped with chairs, a picnic table, a charcoal grill with utensils and a fire ring. The cabin had everything you need. The owners included a list of stores near by, towels, TV, couch, desk, fridge and table. Bathrooms and showers are shared but are clean (remember it's a campground and that's expected. There is also laundry available. The campground also had horseshoes, yard games, a playground and more. It was so nice seeing this family owned business take such pride in this slice of heaven! Thank you for hosting us!!
