Great location. Publix is right there for anything you need. Pool area was clean and inviting. Didn’t actually go in the pool, but it looked pretty clean. Owner was quick to respond when I mentioned the smoke detector battery was low.

The condo is beautifully decorated with a full kitchen. Everything was clean; communication with owner was easy; the furniture was comfortable; and the bed was not lumpy. Steps from the pool and a short walk around back to sit by the canal. The beach is a comfortable walk with several restaurants near by. It is a bonus to have a grocery store across the street without feeling like you are in a commercial district. All around a wonderful stay.

Fantastic stay

Great location, super convenient spot. Pool is steps away, BBQs also. Condo is well equipped, very clean and comfortable. My kids loved it there. Some fun bars are just a couple of minutes walk away.

Great location and well appointed

The property is located just off Atlantic ave and is convenient to the beach as well as shopping. The apartment is very well appointed and clean. The host, Elaine made herself available to ensure our safe check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

The best place in Pompano

Very much enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a family , super clean , organized and comfortable. Thank you! Publix walking distance is a huge plus!

Awesome place to stay. The location was super convenient—close to everything I needed, including the beach, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood was clean and felt safe, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The amenities were great and made the place feel comfortable and easy to settle into. Everything was just as described, if not better. It really met my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area. Highly recommend!

Extremely Convenient Location

We had a great stay at the property. Very conveniently for scuba in SE Florida. Quiet condo 2BR/2BA. The host was very good/responsive. Couldn't be better.

Beach trip/Anniversary

This property is conveniently located. Steps away from Publix supermarket. Several nice restaurants close by. Nice pool and grill area! Beach is about block and half! Nice getaway and reasonably priced! Elaine is very quick to respond.

Recent Stay

Oh my gosh, I can not say enough about Elaine and her property. Everything was wonderful. The condo is spacious and the pool is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at and the beach is not a bad walk from her place. We will stay again.

Brentwood Pompano

The condo complex was clean and quiet. We like to walk, so the location was perfect. We walked to the grocery store, beach,five different restaurants, light house and pier. The condo kit Chen was well stocked. We had a lovely time.

Felt at home

This condo had everything we needed! The space was comfortable and had a lot of the little details that made it feel like it was well cared for. We purchased groceries to save money on food, so the Publix across the street was very nice as was the kitchen which was well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances.

Very nice location and the owner was very nice

The condo has everything you need and more. We were at 15 minutes walk thru the beach. The beach was very nice. The pool too. Everything was close to the condo. We had a wonderful time. Thanks to Elaine. And the temperature was ideal. We are thinking of going back soon.

Great property, walk to beach, restaurants, groceries

Owners were awesome. Everything about condo was perfect. Entire condo stocked completely. Tons of dishes, pans, coffee maker, hangers, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cart to use. Across the street from grocery store. Property manager always there to answer questions or help. We will definitely rent from these people again. Best property in this area! EVERYTHING was perfect! You won’t be disappointed.

EVERYTHING about this condo was great! Top notch! We were greeted by a hand written note and a bottle if wine. Communication with the host was great. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was by far to best stocked I've ever experienced! It made cooking in so easy. Having not one but two gas grills in the courtyard was great! Having the pool literally right out the front door was a bonus! The pool was nicely heated which was great. Location of the condo was amazing! Its walking distance to Publix and a handful of restaurants. There was also beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a handy wagon to take to the beach!A fun highlight was soming back from a day of adventure to see they put up a lit Christmas tree and wreaths in the courtyard. Highly recommend staying here!! We will definitely stay here again!

My family of 4 had such a wonderful time at this well appointed condo. It’s even nicer than it appears in the photos. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious! Elaine provides everything you could possibly need for your stay from the wonderful kitchen amenities to the huge supply of bath and beach towels & even a few rain umbrellas! All of the beds were very comfortable as well as the couches & chairs in the living room. We loved having the pool right outside the door and enjoyed using it most every day. The intercoastal is right around back with a view of some incredible homes and boats/yachts. Restaurants, bars and Publix were all within easy walking distance. We will definitely be back! Thank you Elaine for your wonderful hospitality!

The house is spectacular! Elaine was always attentive and available whenever we needed anything. The location is great, and the house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. My family and I felt very comfortable and safe throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend this property.
