This was my fourth time renting this property, and it continues not to disappoint. The location is great, with easy access to groceries and other shopping. Great neighborhood for morning walks. I always appreciate how well stocked the home is. The owner is always communicative and responds quickly to any messages. If I were to critique anything, it is the lighting downstairs. There is only overhead lighting, no lamps, no sconces, etc, and the overheads need dimmers. If one wants some light, it is all or nothing with the overheads.

Charming townhouse! My son and I stayed for 12 days and it was perfect for our needs. The host was quick to respond to a couple little issues that were easily resolved. Location was very convenient, everything was less than a 15 minute drive, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, and pots and pans. The beds were comfy and both had luggage stands. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the mornings sipping coffee. Great place!

Clean, Comfortable & Updated unit

This townhome is only 1.4 miles from Flowers Hospital and offers all the luxuries of your home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for providing such an excellent experience at your property -- it was clean, surprisingly spacious, and well-appointed to meet our needs. Such an AMAZING EXPERIENCE

I am so thankful to have found this property. I worked in the Ft. Novosel area for four months and after spending the first 30 days in a hotel, I knew I had to find a more stable place to exist. The Chadwick townhouse is designed perfectly and included everything I needed to make it my home away from home. Deciding to book this property for a long term stay is a no-brainer. You will be comfortable and feel safe. Thank you Jeff for being an amazing and responsive host.

This home is very very well maintained and well worth the price. The pictures, though very detailed does not give justice to the character and comfortability of this home. Everything about it was exceptional. The 4 season room was relaxing and both rooms had their own bathroom which is such a plus when traveling with someone else. The mattress was comfortable. The home was well decorated adding a character of your own home. We will definitely choose this space again and again. Oh, forgot to mention the most important part. Jeff was an excellent communicator. No matter what time I messaged, he answered. Thank you so much Jeff!

Our Family of three and our two toy poodles had an Amazing stay at the Chadwick Townhome! It is actually one of the best places we have stayed in Dothan. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was Wonderful!! Thank you! All looks to have been newly renovated! Clean home; comfy beds; den very roomy with comfy sofa & chairs, washer & dryer great! We Loved sitting in the closed in outdoor patio space with sliding doors in the morning drinking coffee listening to the water feature. Kitchen great with many of necessities for cooking. Our daughter & I loved the upstairs bathroom mirrors! We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels if needed. We liked that it had 2 & 1/2 baths! We were so happy that you were pet friendly too. Wonderful location to family & friends. We highly recommend this home to stay in.
