Charming ski-in/ski-out unit located at The Charter at Beaver Creek, one of the resort’s classic European-inspired lodges. Enjoy direct slope access from the patio, making it easy to hit the mountain each morning. After a day of skiing, unwind by the seasonal creek and take in the serene alpine setting. This cozy winter retreat offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and mountain charm in the heart of Beaver Creek.
Guests will check in at the front desk after 4 PM. You can park in the temporary parking outside the entrance while you retrieve your room key. Parking is located outside the front lobby.
Unit Features
-Primary Bedroom: King bed with an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo
-Secondary Bedroom/Bathroom: Two queen beds and en suite bathroom
-Third Bathroom: Fully bathroom located in the hallway
-Living Room: Pull-out sofa for additional guests and a wood burning fireplace
-Kitchen & Dining Area: Fully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay
-Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding unit features or availability
-For long term stays and special pricing please contact us through the booking portal or call us directly at (719) 497-1647 ext 1.

-Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
-No pets are allowed.
-Coffee pods are not included.
-After 5pm you will need a room key to access the building.
-No mid-week housekeeping/linen services available unless previously approved by the owner.
-Please remove ski boots prior to entering the unit & lobby to avoid damaging flooring.
-Pool/spa/restaurant hours may vary depending on the season. Please reach out for front desk information to verify if they will be open during your stay.
