Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Convenient to restaurants and only 20 minutes to Rocker B Ranch. We would stay again.

I stayed here while working on the Ross Fire. Traveling and leaving family behind is never easy but this place took some of the sting off of it. It was great to come back every evening to a clean, beautiful, quiet, and cool home. The first thing I noticed was how great it smelled when I opened the door. The host was very friendly and quick to answer any messages. I would definitely suggest staying here if you’re in the area!

This little studio is just perfect for 1 or 2 people! It was well stocked with any and everything needed and just a comfortable stay. The bed was a little firm for our liking, but that doesn’t mean it was bad. Just wanted to let anyone know how it slept. Overall a great place for our weekend stay!

A cool location during our Spooky visit to Wichita Falls.

Great little VRBO stay. I did mistakingly think the chair was a couch, but surprisingly it did pull out to make a single sleeper.

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway

I had stayed here last year, and fell in love with the place. It's perfect if you want to get away from the big city, which is why I stayed here. The house is within walking distance to downtown. The owners were very responsive to my questions.

The property was clean and well stocked. It is cozy. We were out and about most of the time we were there and we ate out. It is only 3 min from the main downtown drag which was convenient for us. Our event was at the Crazy Water hotel. The only thing we did not like was the unit had a mini split for ac. The main unit was blowing cold air at our heads while sleeping. We ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed and it helped a lot.

What a Gem

This place has everything you need. What a beautiful little gem to find here in Mineral Wells. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about a hotel here in town. This place is significantly better than a hotel room for a better price.

The garage apartment is sooo cute inside and out. The ease of access to the town, and yet a feeling of being secluded. It really was a great stay! I will be back!

Stunning Little Gem in Mineral Wells

This property was just beautiful! The perfect size for 1-2 people looking for a quiet get away. It's obvious that the owner put so much thought into every little detail of the room and experience. This was just a perfect place to stay and anyone who books it will be glad they did! Also, walking distance to Natty Flat's BBQ (and other restaurants) - also highly recommended! Looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Mineral Wells!

Wonderful option!

When I originally booked this studio, it was because I had a family member that lived in the area and was looking for a good place to stay when I was in the area. Well I definitely found it in this cute little studio. It was stocked with everything, comfy bed, super clean and easy. Unfortunately for me I found it too late as the family member is moving, but I would still recommend!!

A Great Getaway

This little studio was just perfect for a weekend getaway from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Had it not been so hot when i was there, it is perfectly walkable to downtown and the shops and restaurants there. The check-in and out were very smooth, and the owners were very accomodating to my request for a little bit earlier of a check-in. They thought of everything, including snacks, a variety of the Crazy Water, bottled water, different coffee pods, and any bathroom items you may have forgotten.
