***For confirmed bookings-you will be contacted a day before or morning of checkin with instructions on how to access the home/schedule a time to meet for keys at the property

Cleaning fee includes garbage pick ups, pool/hot tub cleanings. Please note that during your stay the property may have outside service providers. It’s imperative they be allowed to service the property as this is part of routine maintenance and they may not be turned away. Please note that between Memorial Day and Labor Day we book back to back rentals/schedule service visits and other appts during turnovers. As a result we are unable to offer an early check in or late check out. Please consider this prior to booking. Year round, guests should assume that check in and check out times are not flexible.
Guests who check out late without permission may be charged a half day’s rent. -children must be supervised in the hot tub at all times. Bromine tablet device must remain inside hot tub to avoid extra cleanings.
