*The condo is 1,149 square feet and has been completely remodeled including new granite counters, new fixtures, new hardware, new carpet, new furniture, new paint and a new audio/video system as well as free wireless internet.

*The fully equipped kitchen offers a large refrigerator, microwave, oven, cook top and dishwasher. New slab granite counters offer tons space for cooking and bar seating.

*Two well furnished bedrooms include a master bedroom with a log style king-size bed and a LCD television. The second bedroom offers a full size bed and bunk beds. Both the bathrooms have been remodeled with new fixtures, and stone counter tops.

*For your entertainment the home has a 42” LCD Television with high definition cable, Blu-ray player, Stereo with I-pod/mp3 hook-up, wireless Internet and a 2nd LCD TV in the master.

*Great views of the ski hill from two decks. The heated 2 car garage is attached and is large enough to accommodate your automobile and store all your gear.

*The condo will give you a great place to relax after an enjoyable day of skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking or shopping. Old Town Hot Springs or Strawberry Park hot springs are nearby for soaking those tired muscles.

Great Place, lots of room

Great property, don’t worry about previous reviews concerning things like stained carpet. I didn’t have any issues with the condition of the condo. I thought it was immaculate. A couple of things to consider, it’s on the third floor, with access to the third floor by stairs and it’s best if you have a car. There is a bus stop that’s not too far away but it’s a little bit of a walk to bus stop. The real plus of this VRBO, is the tandem, two-car, heated garage. This is the perfect place for a family of four that travelled to Steamboat by car. You can leave your car and skis in the garage and then haul the rest of your gear and groceries up to the condo out of the weather (though the stairs are “outside” the stairs are completely sheltered from the weather). I look forward to staying here again. This place is a great value especially if don’t have to be slopeside and have a car.

The Best

I’ve never left her review before in my life, but this was just too good, and I need to give credit where it’s due. I almost didn’t want to leave a review because it’s like a secret hidden gem. It’s like a snow globe of awesomeness. Highly recommend.

Great Spot

Better and bigger than it looks in the listing. Huge heated garage for vehicle, skis, boots, etc. Comfortable beds. Great communication with the owner. We do a lot of weekend rentals at Steamboat and this one was outstanding. Would love to rent it again & wish it was ours!

Perfect spot close to mountain

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect! Conveniently located to the free shuttle and the private heated garage was a big plus. They had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way!

We loved everything about the condo! It was very large for a 2/2, clean, well-stocked, and was a perfect place for our family to relax after a long day on the slopes! The garage was an added bonus for all our gear and place to keep our car out of the snow! We also loved having a washer and dryer. Many amenities that are not available in other locations. We hope to return to this condo next time on our annual spring break trip! Communication with Steve was great and we have zero complaints! Thank you!

Better than you can see in the listing

Waffling I’m whether to book this place? Just do it. Steve was perfectly communicative, place was exactly what you see, bathrooms were flawless, beds were comfy, kitchen and living room were cozy, and the two-car heated garage was a nice perk. Short walk to ski shuttle. Personally my favorite part was that unlike seemingly every other ski condo I’ve booked via VRBO, it both had a decent stereo and Steve explained how to use it. If it had a hot tub it would be the perfect small ski condo. But I didn’t miss it. Would absolutely book again!

Wonderful Ski Location

We had a fabulous stay in Steamboat. The condo was a good size for our family, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable and homey and close to the FREE bus. We hope to return for another outdoor adventure. The best surprise was the heated garage and the kind neighbors.

Great Views and Location!

The views of the ski mountain were fantastic from the units family room. The free mountain shuttle to the ski hill is just a short walk away, and the garage is heated and spacious for you car and gear. Great place, would gladly rent here again!

Roomy condo

The condo felt very roomy for 4 of us staying. The 2 bathrooms and the mud room/laundry room are a big plus. The heated garage for all the ski gear since the condo is on the 3rd floor. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner in. Taking the shuttle wasn’t easy because we couldn’t find the path that is literally directly across from the condo. Head straight from the stairs across the street and head down the winding path then take a left to get out of the condos and straight across the intersection. The Sunray Meadows stop is close to Snowflake Circle.

Perfect rental for couples

Great week

We had a great week here. The home has everything you could need or want with clear instructions and an owner who is quick to respond to emails. It's in a great location, very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of 5. The home is clearly loved and cared for, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Steamboat Springs

Steve was easy to get a hold of excellent customer service. This place has an oversized heated garage for ski stuff, you can see Gondola from apartment. We parked upper knoll and walked to Gondola didn’t use bus. Would recommend working with Steve. I liked Steamboat being to almost every resort it had a more family feel and friendly people. Oddly enough the Sushi bar in town might be best I have had, even over major cities.

Perfect Family Get Away

Great Value for Money

The condo was clean and cozy. Walk to catch the free bus was a bit much with ski gear. Also this is a 3rd floor walk-up from the detached garage. Nice heated garage.
