This place was great! Very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood…Daniel was an excellent host. We had a bit of a problem getting in the front door right when we arrived,.. one quick text and phone call and the problem was solved. We will definitely stay here again! The hot tub is excellent!!

Great place in a central location to explore all Denver has to offer. Super clean and easy check in/check out. Only downside is the bathroom is quite small for number of people this place sleeps but we managed since it was just two of us. Regardless, it was an enjoyable stay and we would book again!

Great place

We had a great time, the neighborhood is very quaint and there’s lots to do. The house is well taken care of and had everything we needed.

Nice place to stay in a good location for doing things downtown. The kids loved the hot tub. The house was nice and clean. FYI to potential renters, it is a double unit and the hot tub and gym/game room are a shared space (we did not know this prior to arrival), which was not a problem for us but there were renters in the other side - just something to be aware of before renting. Overall good stay!

Family fun!

We loved staying at this property! There was plenty of space for us all to enjoy. The kids loved the extra fun space with video games and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The space was clean, well stocked, and had lots of options for sitting and playing together. The beds were very comfortable too! We would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean, comfortable & convenient!

The pictures online but what might not let you know is that the location is very convenient and in a great neighborhood! We went to Denver for a concert at red rocks and a baseball game at Coors field. Those places are in opposite directions of this place but were both very easy to get to from this place. If i stay in denver again, i will definitely try to stay here!10 out of 10

To my suprise, the place was double booked. My lock code didn't work to find out the occupants booked it a whole day AFTER I did.
